Génial
Un hôtel très bien placé, à côté de la rue Hamra: shopping, restaurants, money exchange, agences de voyages... Propre, confortable, agréable. Le personnel est très aimable et attentionné, le manager très professionnel a trouvé très vite solution a un petit problème... Vraiment très bien dans l'ensemble. Un grand merci.

Tout c'est très bien passé pendant mon séjour à Hamra Garden. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec un petit salon avec frigo bar. Chambre pour femmes avec 4 lits. Literie impeccable. Très propes. Bien localisé. Personnel gentil.

Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel. Le bar d'en bas et le bar d'en haut rend les chambres très très bruyantes. Il n'y a pas d'équipement dans les chambres (savon, shampoing, sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, théière... rien). Pas de pression d'eau et la salle de bains a une odeur horrible d'eau qui stagne. Ca n'a aucun charme. Le bar du dernier étage est sympa mais encore une fois, c'est comme si vous dormiez dans une boîte de nuit. C'est cher payé... Je ne le recommande pas.

Our second stay at HUG. Overall good place considering the cost. The low rates mean it's always full and busy. Good location. Good service. Clean. Washer and dryer are an attractive addition but old and the dryer just doesn't dry. Wish the terrace was open since we had sunny warm days but it's closed for the winter. 2 major issues: it's supposed to be a non-smoking facility but people smoke in the rooms and you can smell it in the hallway and drifting under the doors. Including one night in the neighboring room where they were smoking weed. Second major issue: Friday and Saturday nights they had live music at the club and the pounding music went on until 1:30am... can hear it all the way to 5th floor. One minor issue: key to the room gets deprogrammed on its own for some reason (they said when it's close to cell phone or in wallet) so one has to try to get in the room, realize it doesn't work, then go back to get it reprogrammed. Happened daily to us. If HUG could work on the smoking issue, we would definitely go back.

Hamra Urban Gardens Beirut (room 408) +Smoke-free room. +Location, near everything, restaurants, cafés, grocery store. +Free and good Wi-Fi, air-condtion, refrigerator, kettle, safe box, TV. +Gym and bar. +Swimming pool (closed during winter time), couldn't see how it was, so no pictures from me. +Friendly and helpfull staff. -No water bottles in the room. +/- Didn't get to chance to try their food/breakfast as I had to leave early, but I did try the "cake" they have in the store next to the entrance. It's a nice place but the traffic around the area is chaos during the day if you go by car/taxi.

Really enjoyable stay. The prices are really amazing for this place. The location "Hamra" is at a busy shopping area so there are lots of shopping options and also not far away from the ocean at all. This is my second stay at HUG. Though I would have no problem staying there again , all the rooms I have stayed at had issues ( no hot water , non working AC) where I had to switch rooms

Amazing terrace
I loved the terrace with the pool and the bar, great to spend a perfect day and evening. The room was also nice, with everything needed. I would definitely like to go back. The staff is there 24/7 and is extremely nice :)
