« We asked to cancel and receive a refund for the second night booking. we did not have a comfortable stay and being sent to the dirty room next door for a shower after a poor disturbed night's sleep was the last straw. Our shower was apparently suffering from low water pressure but the one next door was fine! The following items were not acceptable even for budget accommodation: Stink of damp and dog in the room. Disturbance from "hi, you are being recorded" constantly from the camera outside...

« Property is not inhabitable in the heat, we were due to stay during the heatwave and unfortunately as the entire side of the property is glass and how it faces, it gets even warmer in the evening as the sun comes round. We had taken tower fans with us in preparation but unfortunately due to travelling with a very small baby and a toddler we were not able to stay at the property more than a few hours as our baby became distressed in the temperature. Disappointed at the response from the host...

« This cottage is absolutely beautiful. So full of character, cosy yet spacious and with all the mod cons. The peaceful garden gets the sun almost all day and so we didn't feel the need to venture far at all. We didn't need to take our cat this time, but were delighted to see that both cats and dogs are welcome here. We had all the information we needed for a smooth journey and check in/ out. In all, this outage was perfect for us and we would highly recommend it . »

« we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds. »

« Family of five stayed for a birthday weekend. Beautiful homely spacious cottage, perfect for a group or family. Ensuite bathrooms ensured everyone had space & privacy. The garden is perfect for relaxing & games room brought the family together for valuable social time. It is beside a busy A road, so not exactly quiet. So not ideal for a light sleeper. The lakes were not accessible on foot so a drive into St Neots, to the park, river, pubs, shops & cafes was ideal. »
