« Check in was the worst customer experience I have seen in many years. I arrived in front of the welcome desk, the lady was busy on her computer, she did not greet me, kept eyes on her screen for a few minutes. Another customer was waiting with me being totally ignored too and not being greeted too. « Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised.
