« The room was full of roaches after we showed the pictures to the front desk they moved us to a different room but it was pretty much the same. Roaches all over the place. We went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund. But since the reservation was done through Expedia they ask us to call Expedia for the full refund. 3 days later. I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel is not willing to give the refund!!!!!! »

« Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and brand new. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast too. The only negative point is the constant noise in the bedroom. You cannot stop the AC at night and we're not used to it so it was a real bother for us. »

« The place was ok for a lone traveler but people live there and I wasn't comfortable with that. Didn't use the pool because of that. Didn't feel so safe. The place itself is nice and close to the crane roost. The walk there was great. No one bothered you though so that was good. At night only weed was smelling good outside the apt »

« When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...
