« The room was full of roaches after we showed the pictures to the front desk they moved us to a different room but it was pretty much the same. Roaches all over the place. We went back to the front desk and asked for a full refund. But since the reservation was done through Expedia they ask us to call Expedia for the full refund. 3 days later. I received an email from Expedia saying that the hotel is not willing to give the refund!!!!!! »

« Séjour correct, literie confortable, endroit très calme. Par contre, dans les chambres il manque cruellement d'accessoires. Chambre prévue pour 4, il manquait des fourchettes, 1 télécommande sur 2 dans la chambre, pas de passoire pour les pâtes. Alors que c'est vendu avec sevice de cuisine complète. La chambre n'était pas très propre non-plus, rien de dramatique, mais bon vu le prix de la chambre.... Le petit déjeuner est très correct, une deuxième machine a gaufres ne serait pas un luxe. En...

« Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and brand new. Bed very comfortable. Great breakfast too. The only negative point is the constant noise in the bedroom. You cannot stop the AC at night and we're not used to it so it was a real bother for us. »

« When you walk into the lobby the hotel was spotless and had a very clean and pleasant smell. The rooms were extremely clean and big, a king size bed with a sitting desk area and a trundle sofa , the shower was excellent and the room had the best air conditioner temperature I have ever experienced in any hotel. The hallways were extremely clean and also had a very clean and pleasant smell. The breakfast was free and had a great variety of items which were very good. They had a coffee station...

« Was not as expected. Other than the highly processed restaurant in the building there weren’t any amenities. The supply the cheapest quality of toilet paper which falls apart when using. Drawers did not stay closed which is a hazard at night when walking to the bathroom. Coffee in the morning was mud. We were notified we had to pay $20 a day for parking either. Shower floor was very slippery. I would not return. »
