Staff are friendly, bistro and pub attached and rooms are clean. We stay here every year for the country Panthers game and always have a good stay.

I really wanted to like this property but there were a few negatives on our stay that I just can’t look past. Its position to Mt Panorama race track was brilliant and the room itself was nice but for us it kind of went downhill from there. The renovated shower leaked everywhere. I mean everywhere. We were happy to have breakfast both mornings at the bistro but the first morning I ordered the Smasged Avo & Eggs for $20 which was expensive for white toast, overcooked vinegar eggs and black avocado. I’m not exaggerating. Not one bit of green in sight, just grey/black avo half mashed on a piece of toast. It looked revolting. I don’t know what chef in his right mind would ever do that to a paying customer So gross. But the clincher for us was the room we were in was next to a walk way. Day 1 had us parked next to bags of laundry which we assumed were there temporarily. On the 3rd day we left, we couldn’t even walk down the front side of our car to get in and leave, the laundry was piled up even more, the pile just grew and grew. Really off putting. If they just took care in presentation for their guests, it would be a great place to stay.

Excellent location. Check-in is easy and friendly staff at reception. Eating options on site are fantastic. Room newly renovated. Cleaners need to check under the beds/lounge as there was rubbish left behind from previous guests. Otherwise, very happy with our stay.

Great place to stay, the food and beverages at their restaurant is fantastic, as is their rooms. Only complaint that I have is that the stairs leading down to the lower level need either some form of railing or safety strips (preferably both) to prevent patrons falling as easily. Otherwise I enjoyed my time in Bathurst and at the Panorama Motel.

People in next room had a party rang and complained twice, the rooms have no nose insulation whatsoever. Did not have any one from management check or apologise. We will not be back

Room was tidy and comfortable. Small pool of water in the bathroom, not sure where it was from, but didn’t impact my stay. Check in to check our experience was easy. Would stay again.
