« We stayed for two night and were very happy with this house. Communication was excellent to get us sorted on arrival. It was a great location for site seeing. Warm and tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The property is a modern, industrial-style design with older details as features. It is set across a number of floors, so probably better for families with older kids and great knees! The bunk bed was scary for our 5 year old because the ladder doesn’t allow for an easy climb onto the bed....

« The area was a surprise, the countryside was beautiful, lots of interesting walks and things to do. Eating out was a highlight with so many fantastic places to eat. Best fish and chips in the uk at the Salt and Malt. The host was very hospitable and made us feel at home. We would highly recommend staying here. »

« Außergewöhnliche Unterkunft mitten in Bath. Wir waren für 2 Nächte mit unseren Kindern (18 u. 15) in Bath. Das Haus ist sehr besonders durch die Lage und die 3 Etagen, auf die sich die Unterkunft verteilt. Es war sehr sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Es gab sogar Kaffee und Tee. Man konnte nahezu alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Bath fußläufig erreichen. Zum Entspannen konnte man sich sehr schön unten am Fluss auf die Terrasse setzen. Es ist trotz des Verkehrs auf der Brücke nicht zu...

« Lovely spacious property in a beautiful location with easy access to Bath and other local sights by road or rail. The cottage is a short walk to the train station with hourly trains to bath during off peak times. Not having to drive into Bath was a real bonus. The cottage was very clean, well equipped and a really lovely place to relax. Having two en suite bathrooms was a real bonus. The local shop and tea room is only a short walk, maybe 15 mins, though it is hilly so plan to use a car if this...

Had a great dinner at the Michelin stared Olive Tree a block away. Highly recommended for travelers who want independence from restaurants continually but easy access when desired. »

« Booked this house for my daughter's graduation. We were looking for somewhere for 3 generations of family to stay in that was an easy walk into town. I had several questions prior to arriving and the hosts were very prompt in relying .The details about the house were accurate. It's particularly warm at the moment but we got a nice breeze once windows were opened and there were fans provided. We came well stocked with toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc but there was ample amount provided...

« The host has thought of everything! It is truly a home from home (but this place has far better decor than my home!) Felt v relaxed in the living room but the bedroom with en-suite and a dressing area made it feel large and comfortable.. Large kitchen with table for 2. Far better and so much more than a hotel room. »

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the character of the home and its unbeatable location.The townhouse is tastefully decorated. "The public areas are excellent and inviting. Thank you for the constant supply of cold water fountains during an extreme heatwave. The criticism is for poor HOUSEKEEPING. We stayed 5 nights. Used cups/glasses never collected, room never vacuumed, liquid soap dispensers never replenished, toilet paper almost depleted (we had to ask), bed making just thrown together, our room totally forgotten one day. Seems to be a real lack of staff, training and supervision in this department. "

"Compared to the Z Hotel in Holborn (which was ok), this one was stellar! The staff was very warm and lovely, my room was so nice with a lovely view on Bath, what a treat! I preferred the bathroom there. It was smaller than the one in Holborn but better organised with a proper door on the shower. Modern, lovely and well located hotel (even though I had an issue finding it using Google Maps!, it’s actually nestled between the Five Guys and the Lane 7 - don’t worry you can’t smell any fried food nor hear any ruckus!) thanks for a great but short stay!"
