« I wish they could pay more attention to cleaning the common areas and elevators. Every time I enter the elevator the floor was wet and smell disgusting. »

« I guess this is the world we live in in 2026, but breakfast (which was a buffet) was not complimentary. To my shock and amazement i was presented with a bill portfolio with a $14 charge for breakfast. i assumed (to my detriment) that the breakfast was complimentary as it has been in countless hotels i’ve stayed at for the past multiple decades. nothing was mentioned that there was a charge for breakfast. But in an age where everybody is squeezing every penny, shouldn’t be surprised. still leaves...

« The room was clean, but being on the first floor next to the staff room and staircase made it very noisy and hard to sleep. Easy parking.. Breakfast was meh—the eggs were gritty and the sausage patties were overcooked. The staff were fine, but could have been more helpful. Indoor heated pool was the best part. »

« Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. « This has been by far my favorite place to stay while transitioning between states, and waiting on our apartment to become available. The owner is funny and laid back. Great staff at the front desk. They have a great breakfast selection (I just never get up on time to go lol), and the rooms are very clean. The bed is sooooo comfortable. The decor makes you feel like you’re in a tropical resort. Did I mention the best part? They are the cheapest place around! »

« We stopped here on the way home from spring break and booked solely on the indoor pool amenity so our kids could burn some energy. We rated this on the lower side strictly due to the pool being ice cold - so cold our children’s lips were turning color. Otherwise, the staff was nice and our room was clean. »
