We enjoyed fishing on several local lakes as well exploring the area. The home was clean, comfortable, and great getaway for two. »

« Did not know there would be no bath towels or sheets on the bed , Had to drive into Alpena 30 min away to but towels wash cloth and sheets , was not happy about that »

« Location is convenient, house adorable, furniture is a big denim hug. Cozy if its chilly at night - great deck area to get a nice tan. Bed is super comfy with a great view of water. And our favorite- a shower wand! Keurig handy as well. We ordered pizza up the road and had breakfast at Cafe 106. Played pickleball near water plant -nice courts. »

« We went for a girl's weekend without a plan besides having where to stay. Well when we arrived and saw how beautiful and well-kept the house was, we didn't want to leave! The owner has the has COMPLETELY stocked with whatever you could think of, including toiletries, snacks and even supplies for a successful bonfire.. we spent 85% of our trip in the house! There was no need to go out except to pickup dinner (because we took food to make for breakfast and all the amenities were there for that...
