Le lit était très confortable et les oreillers aussi. Le look de la chambre était bien. Toutefois on m'a donné une chambre coté "autoroute" alors que l'hôtel était pratiquement vide (un mardi soir d'octobre)... une chambre du coté "bruyant" on m'a donné... Le gym serait bien s'il n'y avait pas trois machines de brisées sur six! Il y a un sauna qui ne chauffe pas et le bain tourbillon à la piscine était brisé. La piscine était bien et, possible d'y faire des longueurs.

If you book online, there should be clear instructions regarding additional deposits. I booked a room online, tried to call the hotel to report I wouldn’t be able to check in until late, but there wasn’t an option to leave a message and no one answered the phone for 20 minutes. When I checked in at 2 am, they told me I needed an additional $200, then changed to $300 deposit. I didn’t have my credit card on purpose, as no one mentioned I needed a deposit and they REFUSED me accommodations and of course, no refund on the original booking. If your policy is to have a deposit paid, this needs to be clearly stated once you book. No one should be refused who has booked online. This policy is terrible and so is your business model. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Pool wasn’t available for a bit hot tub wasn’t opened. Fridge wasn’t working they had to replace it and blow dryer was only giving cold air. When asked to get a new one was told maintenance isn’t there to call tomorrow. (Why couldn’t they get it from another room and switch it out) by this point my hair was soaking wet

When arriving the front desk gentleman was kind When we got to our room the floor was not clean as it seemed like they just vacuumed high walled areas Skirt of the bed had white stains on it Paint was peeling from the ceiling of the bathroom and the bed was broken we had to sleep with our head at the foot of the bed This use to be one of our favourite hotels

Lots of people smoking around exits. Garbage all over like apple cores and wrappers. No Tylenol at front desk. Staff were not friendly. Pool appears green. Room is good. Appears to have clean sheets and ample towels.

Easy Highway access, conveniently located to family and friends. Hotel needs an upgrade in some areas, our bathroom paint was peeling off the ceiling from a lack of ventilation for shower but the room was clean and quiet.

My room wasn't cleaned the whole time I was there, which was 5 nights. The clerk who checked me in charged me an extra $45 a night, and was not even friendly. The pool was open 2 nights of my stay. The restaurant staff was wonderful, the food was very good and the desk staff at checkout was very perosnable and helpful.

Our stay was great, room clean beds very comfortable. Quiet, visited pool and hot tub nice and clean. It was a Sunday so restaurant was closed unfortunately. Was able to walk to nearby restaurant. Will stay again when in area!
