« Great location with amazing views. Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues with this stay. 1. Despite communication 2 days and 30 minutes before arrival via the contact details provided, we had to wait 40 minutes to get keys to check in. A 25 voucher was promised as compensation for 5 people, but not received. 2. You cannot access the pool until a face to face induction is done. Property manager sent the link to the google form but no inductions are done Sat to Monday, so first...
