Communication through the Stayz app did my head in but Michelle was brilliant and sorted it out. It'd be good to know the exact tram stop outside and the address is a bit ambiguous. I took the tram and got off at 56 Chapel St but it was in Windsor, not St Kilda so I got off in the wrong suburb! Which suburb one is in is only obvious to a local. « The place was very clean and quiet. If you have a small/medium sized car, the garage is great. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spotless. We appreciated having a BBQ to use outside. Its close enough to walk to Shellharbour village which was handy for meals and close to the beach. It would be wonderful if the Sunday checkout time could be moved back to 11am without incurring a full day/night fee. »

« Whilst the accommodation was ok, there were quite a few maintenance issues that need correcting. The lockbox refused to open despite many attempts on arrival and departure to open it. If another tenant had not assisted me I have no idea how long I would have been waiting out front to enter. The owner was informed and offered a gift card, but nobody attended to fix it while I was there. »
