De vrai vacances à Bangkok
Super situation de l'hôtel, personnel vraiment disponible, propreté des chambres rien à dire, l'hôtel à de l'âge mais est bien entretenu, dommage le lit trop dure mais ils ont changer le matelas pour y remédier, breakfast bien garnie et varié chaque jour. Vue magnifique de la ville au 23 ème étage . Mon prochain séjour à Bangkok , je prend s'en hésiter cet hôtel.

Hôtel bien placé avec de très grandes chambres.
Cette fois séjour en famille de 4 nuits dans un grand appartement de 2 chambres (hôtel déjà fréquenté de nombreuses fois auparavant). Hôtel au calme, bien situé dans Bangkok pour accéder aux différents sites à visiter, quartiers animés et restaurants. Chambre avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix, en comparaison le breakfast non compris est un peu cher.

Comme souvent lorsque je me rends à Bangkok, je choisis cet hôtel pour son confort,son emplacement, la gentillesse de son personnel et l'ensemble des services proposés. Je n'ai jamais été déçu à ce jour.

Hôtel moyen
Hôtel moderne, Nous étions dans une suite pour 5 personnes situé au 20eme étage avec une superbe vue. Chambres très spacieuses avec coin cuisine, il y avait également un lave linge ainsi qu'un sèche linge. Les tiroirs de la cuisine n'avaient pas été nettoyé (miettes sur les assiettes...) Le personnel froid au premier abord est sympathique. L'hôtel possède un service de tuk tuk gratuit qui vous amènera à la station de métro la plus proche. L'hôtel possède une piscine qui est couverte point négatif pour ma part. Le petit déjeuner est copieux mais propose plus de salé que de sucré. Le quartier n'est pas super (odeurs nauséabondes...).

bel hôtel
Bel hôtel, chambre familiale ( 2 chambres plus séjour plus cuisine) très spacieuse et confortable mais cafard dans la cuisine. Espace piscine salle de sport très agréable, petit déjeuner copieux et plutôt bon. Tout ça fait que cet hôtel est une bonne base à Bangkok: à savoir cependant qu'il est loin de Koh San rd donc de l'animation du soir, loin en fait des attractions toursitiques. Ceci dit, au prix des tuk-tuk et taxi, c'est pas plus mal d'être éloignés et d'être au calme!

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Comme à chaque fois, après avoir comparé les offres hôtelières de Bangkok, cette résidence est d'un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le quartier des ambassades est très calme (légèrement en retrait de la vie nocturne), et le fait que le Somerset Park ne donne pas directement sur Sathorn Road est un plus (trafic permanent). Les chambres sont spacieuses (du deux pièces cuisines à la suite de plusieurs chambres), les lits confortables, et le tout est fonctionnel. Petit déjeuner Buffet correct. Salle de sport, sauna et hammam au 5eme étage (un peu anciens, mais suffisants pour l'usage qu'on peut en faire). La piscine au même étage est plutôt fraîche et toujours à l'ombre (ça vaut mieux, le soleil est traître !), mais toujours appréciée après une journée passée à arpenter la ville. La soi Suanplu est assez commerçante (cuisine de rue et petits magasins, salons de coiffures et barbiers, massages, 7 Eleven...), et une passerelle sur Sathorn Road vous permet de rejoindre Silom à pied en longeant le Bangkok National Hospitalier (10mn). Idéal pour un long séjour à Bangkok, ou un retour de voyage fatiguant (vous pouvez même laver votre linge, toutes les chambres ont des machines à laver avec séchage !)

très bel hôtel près du parc lumpinni et du métro
Nous avons passé 3 jours dans ce bel hôtel. Nous étions 3 maies et avions une suite de 100 M2 avec 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, un salon, une cuisine. Bref un vrai appartement. La literie était très confortable. Il est doté d'une piscine (eau un peu froide), un terrain de tennis et une salle de sport (avec vue sur la ville). Le parc Lumpini est à 15 minutes à pied et le métro à 10 minutes. Le seul bémol concerne leur service d'assistance aux touristes et leurs propositions d'excursions. Nous avons été très déçus de celle concernant la visite du marché flottant à 100 Kms. A déconseiller car cher, rien à voir d'intéressant hormis des trucs à touristes (j'y étais allée il y a 10 ans et cela n'a plus rien à voir). Nous avons dû attendre sur place pendant 2 heures pour remplir le véhicule qui devait nous ramener sur Bankok. A notre retour nous nous sommes plaints à l'accueil du service excursions mais on nous a déboutées avec mépris. Sinon rien à dire, le petit déjeuner est très varié et copieux.

le très bon côtoie le pire......
Nous déconseillons d'avoir recours à l'agence de services (excursions, taxis....) sise à côté de la réception dans le hall car le taxi commandé chez eux à un coût nettement plus élevé que la "normale" n'est jamais arrivé..... on a failli manquer l'avion pour le vol retour ! Autre problème : les cartes magnétiques qui ouvrent la chambre fonctionnent 1 fois sur 2 ! Last but not least la prolongation de notre séjour d'un 1/2 jour supplémentaire afin de disposer de la chambre jusqu'à 20 heures a entraîné les pires embêtements avec les cartes magnétiques pour l'ouverture de la porte de la chambre ! Heureusement le parc et la piscine de l'hôtel sont tip-top. De même le service au restaurant et à l'arrivée (portiers et porteurs) était très bien.

I am so glad I rented this place. I traveled with 5 female family members and they felt safe. We did up high and had a balcony overlooking the city. The breakfast was great. It is local to many things and the property is outstanding. Very happy!

Room was clean, all the staff from front desk, cleaners and doormen exceptionally friendly and helpful, and for the size of the room you get with a huge buffet breakfast, great value for price.

The sink did not drain properly for 2 nights and the air condition was leaking on the last day. Staff were friendly though and the area is nice and walkable and peaceful. Great local street food near the hotel within walking distance.

I liked it because it was privately but they should change the toilet paper brand. It was so thin. Could not use it at all. And the plumbing too. The water drained really slow. They need to fix it also. Other than that was great.
