park plaza soi 18 est mon coup de coeur sur bkk cela commence à l'ouverture de la porte du taxi, personnel check in/out élégant et soigné, poli, souriant la chambre est nickel et confortable, le lit est top la salle de bain super la piscine sur le toit est très agréable ainsi que le bar bref, confortable, très propre, personnel au petit soin, j'y retournerai certainement

Rien à redire. Le personnel est très accueillant. Un des hôtels les plus calmes dans lequel j'ai séjourné à Bangkok. Climatisation un peu bruyante comme d'habitude. Très belle piscine. Le soi est également très calme.

Me nor my friend really enjoyed this hotel. The reviews are amazing and despite not being a horrible hotel it’s not wow either. Perhaps it’s because I’m used to 5 star hotels like four seasons and aman…. The property needs a bit of renovation, the pool area is less impressive than on photos and the receptionist isn’t too polite or perhaps language barrier or cultural differences. We came early in the morning and waited by the pool area until check in. The room wasn’t ready until the very last minute, and we had to keep asking. They didn’t even notify us which would have been easy since we were in the pool area and they knew we were waiting as I came down multiple times to ask. We also asked to buy late check out but never got any response. However their concierge is excellent. I lost an item when traveligg my and he helped me call them and locate the item. Bravo for that!! We also lost a ring which they were able to find for us. That was highly appreciated. The location is ok. A bit far from everything in my opinion(tourist attractions) but close to shopping mall and cowboy street(red light?) but not close enough to disturb or be seen by children. No noise etc so easy to sleep. Aircon malfunctioned during the night. Would I stay here again? No. For the price there are many hotels much better and cheaper. Is it bad? No just not unique. The breakfast was also not that good but it was cheap, only 200 baht I believe. The manager is also very polite and accommodating.

Good, but….
I have stayed at this hotel a few times and I like the rooms, the location, the swimming pool… The service is very good also in general but during our last stay we forgot a bag of clothes in the room and nobody contacted us to let us know. We looked for this bag everywhere during our trip. We finally called them 3 weeks later and after calling back 3 times they finally said that they had the bag! Would have been nice if they would have contacted us after we left since they had our phone number, email… disappointing…

The employees were first rate and friendly as can be. But, I tried to book an in-room massage twice and they were booked full both times. Also, the room was unbearably hot and it made me so uncomfortable. When you take your one room key out of that slot that controls the rooms power, the AC went out the entire time I was outside. I came back to a sweltering room every time and it just made for a very uncomfortable stay.

Restaurants are close buy (walking distance) staff is very friendly (and understand English) everything was always clean, also easy to accommodate you for any taxis, or anything you had planned for the day. Overall they made travel trip super easy to move around and also gave suggestions on what and where to go.!

スクンビット駅からホテルまでの間にセブンイレブンがあるので、帰りに水を買ったり困ることはありませんでした。 わたしの部屋はビューは良くありませんでしたが、ホテル自体も特に問題なく一般的なホテルです。 フロントの女性の英語が独特でしたが、ほかの方は流暢だったのでそこも何とかなると思います。 あとは、デポジットで3000バーツ必要になるので、ホテルチェックアウトからすぐ帰国する方は注意です。

Staff did not respond to my request for early check in. I ended up waiting 2 hrs in lobby for room readiness. I did not find the reception staff polite..

The staff is great, very friendly and helpful specially the concierge UI, but the rooms need a very good renovation. The room smell like mould or wet carpet, the walls have signs of infiltration. A few of the amenities are old tbh. The breakfast it’s okay but could have a better and more options. The location and staff fantastic. But really really think the rooms need some renovation and some investment.
