Cet hôtel est très ancien, les chambres sont vetustes. Il aurait besoin d'une rénovation. De plus le rapport qualité-prix n'est pas présent. 298$ pour une nuit dans cet hôtel est excessif. Pour le même prix, nous avions des chambres luxueuses en ville à Bangkok. Le seul intérêt est la proximité de cet hôtel avec l'aéroport et la navette gratuite. Le personnel par contre est très compétent et professionnel.

At Novotel we are offering the 24hours stay policy, where you can stay in the room for 24 hours after check in. The offer is suitable for guest who need to stay and wait for the late flight. We also allowed guest to check in at any time of the day. You would not get this offer from the hotels downtown unless you pay for the early check in to get the room. Un choix de qualité très pratique
Contraint de faire un stop à Bangkok j'ai choisi de rester proche de l'aéroport même si le Novotel reste un peu cher comparé aux voisins. Toutefois il est réellement dans l'aéroport avec des navettes disponibles à tout moment ce qui est très appréciable. Check in parfait, chambre excellente. Les buffets laissent toutefois à désirer et j'ai été plutôt déçu du buffet du soir et du petit déjeuner.

This is the most beautiful Novotel I’ve ever seen. The staff are impeccable. Never did we have to wait for a shuttle, even at 4:00am. Perfect place to stay if you need to overnight at the Bangkok Airport.

Whenever I fly to Suvarnabhumi Airport, I stay here. Always serious pleasant staff who try you kindly. The food choice is outstanding and the airport is conveniently around the corner with every 10 minute departures.

For the cost, this hotel is very outdated and run down. Although the hotel is conveniently located in the airport, I don’t think I will ever see at this property again. Our room had many problems. The seal on the shower door was non existent so the water leaked. The room had a moldy smell, thus I was not able to sleep. The towels also had a moldy smell, so it made me smell after taking a shower. The phone didn’t work so I was unable to call the lobby.

I was very impressed with the speed at which I arrived at my hotel and also on my departure back to the airport. Hotel desk was easy to find at the airport; staff were very professional and quick in getting me to my hotel (no waiting at all).
