Séjour correcte sans plus ! La chambre est bien mais la clim fait beaucoup de bruit. Novotel fait partie du groupe français accor et pas de TV5 asie alors que beaucoup d’hotels à Bkk le proposent! Le plus décevant est le buffet petit déjeuner, choix minimal, viennoiseries pas bonnes du tout. Je n’y retournerai sans doute pas.

Hôtel récent avec design moderne
Bel hôtel, très récent et avec un très beau design. Les points plus sont la qualité de la literie vraiment de haut niveau, la propreté, le petit-déjeuner varié et vraiment délicieux, le service gratuit de Tuk-Tuk qui vous rapproche du métro aérien Asok, le restaurant BBQ coréen qui est succulent. Le point à améliorer est la politique familiale avec le lit d’appoint qui est en général gratuit dans tous les Novotel sauf celui-là. Cela nous a causé des désagréments avec notre fils qui a dormi par terre sur un matelas la première nuit car Hotels.com n’est pas assez précis et cela a créé un flou. Bon, après négociations tumultueuses, ils ont fait un geste commercial pour les jours suivants. A part ce pb, tout était bien.

Nous avons été surpris en arrivant de voir que la chambre n avait qu un lit alors que notre réservation était pour 3. Malgré l âge maxi de l enfant fixé à 15ans ce qui est l âge de notre fils, on nous a indiqué que l hôtel n avait plus de chambre assez grande pour l extrabed. Seule solution proposée, une chambre familiale avec 120€ de supplément. N ayant aucune autre possibilité, nous avons été pris en otage et accepté....

Bon standing ,bien placé, bon petit déjeuner.
Il n'y a pas grand chose à en dire , le checkin était un peu long ,en général c est plus rapide dans ce type d'établissement. Hotel correct propre sur soi, bon service, excellent petit déjeuner avec vraiment beaucoup de choix ! J ai pas vraiment compris le concept de la salle de ouverte sur la chambre mais bon.Il est bien situé dans Bangkok pour le shopping et les balades. Je le conseille.

Notre séjour était parfait. Prestations de qualité. Chambre spacieuse. piscine ouverte jusqu'à 22h. Bon appareil de musculation. Le Roof top quand on s'arrête au 25 ème étage et que l'on va a pied jusqu'au 26ème vaut vraiment le détour. Le personnel est charmant et nous trouve des taxis facilement par contre n'espérez pas avoir de taxi avec compteur mais les prix ne sont pas élevé. Petite info, il vous coutera 200 Bath jusqu'au MBK centre et 300 Bath jusqu'à l'aéroport international. Ravi de notre séjour, pour preuve, nous y sommes resté une nuit de plus.

Our experience at Novotel was highly disappointing. The customer service was subpar, and we won't be returning or recommending it to anyone. Despite booking a two-night stay along with our friends, we were charged a deposit four times higher than theirs - $8000 baht compared to their $2000 baht deposit. When we politely inquired about the discrepancy, the staff was rude and dismissive. They told us not to worry about the larger deposit since we would get it back if there was no damage to the room. Even when considering adding breakfast to our reservation, we were quoted different rates than our friends who had just done the same. The entire stay was uncomfortable, with the night staff displaying unprofessional behavior. It's clear that it's an acceptable practice for them to profile guests and charge deposits accordingly. While we did eventually receive our deposit back, the whole ordeal left us feeling uneasy about the hotel's practices and treatment of guests.
