We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced during your visit, and we take your comments seriously.We regret the confusion regarding the deposit amount. Our standard policy is to collect a deposit for guest room charges, in case not prepaid, and incidental expenses, which usually cover food and beverage consumption within our premises. Deviations from this policy should be clearly communicated to guests.Please note that the receptionist, who checked you in, got confused by the additional charges for your early check-in and the fact that several rooms were under the same party. We are committed to improving our team’s performance and their understanding of our deposit procedures. Rest assured, we will address this internally to prevent similar incidents in the future.We also would like to apologize for not clearly explaining our breakfast rate policies. We do offer discounted, fully prepaid rates upon check-in. If these rates are not secured at that time, our standard walk-in rate applies at the restaurant.Once again, we are sorry if you felt uncomfortable during your stay. Our employee’s intention was not to make you feel this way, and we appreciate your understanding.Profiling guests based on deposits is not our practice, and we apologize for any negative impression. On the contrary, we are glad that you eventually received your deposit back.
