Superbe hôtel !!
Très très bel hôtel situé en plein coeur de Bangkok avec accès direct au môle terminal 21, aux distributeurs de billets, bureaux de change, et au MRT et BTS pour circuler dans toute la ville. Design Superbe et vue panoramique grâce à une immense baie vitrée. confort absolu et superbe Breakfast au niveau du standing de l'hôtel. Personnel souriant et agréable. Local bagages mais gros désagrément pour les départs tardifs, l'hôtel ne comprend pas la notion de chambre de courtoisie pour pouvoir se changer prendre une douche et refaire sa valise. Propose juste une simple douche sans intimité au niveau piscine ou spa et vous devez déballer et ranger vos affaires devant le personnel et les clients qui passent dans les couloirs. Certains le font à même la moquette. C'est incompréhensible vu les capacités de l'hôtel quitte à payer une nuit supplémentaire ce qui n'a pas été possible...

Hôtel central et de bonne facture
Hôtel particulièrement agréable et surtout lié avec la sky line ce qui est très pratique pour se déplacer dans Bangkok. Il y a aussi un accès direct au centre commercial Terminal 21 et si on ne souhaite pas trop s'éloigner pour le déjeuner ou le diner, l'offre y est immense donc vous trouverez forcément chaussure à votre pied!

Nous venons dans cet HOTEL depuis son ouverture, c'est la première fois que nous nous sommes déçu. Nous avions une suite nous comprenons qu'avec la baisse de clientèle une seule salle de petit déjeuner soit ouverte mais pourquoi ouvrir la sale la moins agréable rien de bien à tout niveau qualité, variété, quantité Qualité charcuterie blocs de sel, viennoiseries inexistantes, crêpes mauvaise gaufres une fois sur deux immangeables pain perdu effrayant jus de fruits chimiques et mauvais, bref rien de bon. dans les chambres ménage très moyen, dans la salle de bain consommables insuffisants. Le plus mauvais petit déjeuner de tout notre séjour en Thaïlande (deux mois). Une chute impressionnante par rapport à avant

I love staying at 5-stars hotel with goods location and transport. But my 1 night stay in bangkok at Grande Centre Point Hotel that makes me not satified. Firstly, for I book 1 night 1 room with 3 peoples. Upon booked the hotel through Expedia as VIP access that my booking was given a special extra offer of free drink for 2 peoples. But I wonder if my booking is for 3 adults, why free drink just got 2 only ??? Then about the hotel room, the air conditoner has no "cold con" Room inside was very hot and even after repaired but still no any improvement. so we request to change room. For I just only spend 1 night at bangkok, for waiting to repair and change room, it really wasted our time for sightseeing at bangkok. Also, for speaking the receptionist, at first the receptionist lady whose attitude no good and she was really impolite when talking to us. Until later maybe her supervisor or manager can help us to change/upgrade another room which the air conditioner is more better than the previous one. But for the new room, the toilet cannot be flushed, it was clogged. Even after repaired, then it was clogged again and we dared not using it. So the night spent at Grande Centre Point 5stars hotel is not as goods as I expected.

部屋が広く綺麗でとても良かった。　エアコンの音が大きい事が少し気になりました。 朝食ビュッフェも豪華でした。 部屋のトイレが故障しましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 またチェックアウト後フライト前にジムのシャワーを使用させてくれます。　事前にフロントにお願いしたらフォームを出してくれました。 フライト前に汗が流せて良かったです。

アソーク駅直結のリッチは文句なしで、周辺の外資系ホテルよりも好印象。部屋自体は広めでシンプルだが、設備等に不満なし。テレビでは日本の地上波やNetflix、YouTubeも視聴できるため長期滞在でも問題なし。Expediaゴールド会員のサービスも受けれたし、ホテルマンの対応も星5つ。 総合的に過去のバンコク旅行で1番のホテルでした。
