Checkin was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and thanks to the Porter who delivered luggage without delay to the room. The hotel is very well maintained and provided with all necessary facilities for you. 4 water bottles tea and coffee on complimentary basis. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to the next category which was a plus for us as a couple. Plenty of shopping and dining options around the hotel.

On soi 11 sukhumvit. This is a hotel for a single male or couple. Not an area for families. The pool was bad a lot of algae floating in the pool and stuck between the tile to the grout. The pictures of the room i stayed in were deceiving

The hotel was in a great location! On Sukhumvit 11, so you’re near the nightlife but the hotel is situated in a way that you don’t hear it. Upon arrival, A lady named named Suwang checked us in. She did not greet us or welcome us. When I arrived she just said “passports” not even a hello or any greeting! She did not present any good customer service skills which was unfortunate. Upon check out, a gentleman named Dabru checked us out. He was extremely kind and respectful thank you to him. We were on the 7th floor, and the house keeping lady who took care of that floor was the sweetest! I forgot her name but she made our stay so pleasant everyday with her kind smiles and warm greetings. A very big thank you to her! . The Room was nice (we stayed 7 days in total) . Food at the restaurant was good but breakfast was ok except the egg station which was good! We absolutely loved the location, close to many restos, 7/11, nightlife etc

What we didn‘t expect (but what was absolutely our fault as we didn‘t look it up before booking), was that the hotel is in the nightlife area and therefore it is really loud from 10pm to 2pm The hotel itself was clean and the staff was really friendly, great and helpful
