Bon hôtel mais manque d’entretien
Hôtel de proximité de l’aéroport donc pratique. Les chambres sont propres. En revanche les finitions et l’extérieur manquent d’entretien. Le petit déjeuner très moyen et le spa est juste incroyable. Et enfin la piscine est belle et agréable. Parfait au final pour une nuit avant de repartir.

J ai choisi cet hôtel pour me reposer une journée avant de prendre mon vol retour. Il est très loin de tout commerce . On doit donc y manger mais il n y a qu un seul resto qui est certes joli mais pas qualitatif. La piscine est cependant magique et il n y avait personne Ma chambre était remplie de très petites fourmis qu on ne perçoit pas tout de suite . Je pense qu elle n avait reçu personne depuis longtemps . Elle n avait pas été préparée de nouveau

Malheureusement la pandémie est passée par la l hôtel se dissémine en plusieurs bâtiments de bon standing mais très peu de touristes c est tristounet il faudrait reprendre l entretien des jardins aussi sinon personnel agréable

Établissement fantôme. Il a tout pour être un hôtel au top mais le service est inexistant. Je ne pense pas que les employés sont à blâmer, je détecte plus un manque de formation. A la piscine pas d employés présent, on se sert tout seul pour la serviette, on va au restaurant commander, on retourne au restaurant payer par carte.. alors que j étais à la terrasse du restaurant et que je consommais une boisson fraîche j ai voulu entrer pour aller aux toilettes mais on m’a gentiment aiguillé vers les toilettes du fitness en face en se plaçant devant la porte du restaurant. Clairement à ce prix là et pour ce niveau là, le service n y est pas.

I had cockroaches in my room, there was a long black hair in the pizza (which we fortunately didn’t have to pay for). The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning couldn't cool it down. The shower was dirty and there was mold clinging to the corners at the bottom. For the money we paid, I expected more...

This hotel offers good value for the price. It's fairly close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. We left at 6am and arrived at the airport within 15 minutes, but it can take longer depending on the time of day, so plan accordingly. The buffet dinner was good and the swim up bar offers cocktails and lunch items. The bed was comfortable and room quiet. Just know that the hotel is somewhat isolated with not much around within walking distance. All is all, I can enthusiastically recommend this hotel; we will return soon!

I booked this hotel because we arrived in Bangkok around 11 pm and had to take another fight to Phuket at 7 am. It wasnt that far from the airport . I wished i never booked this place because they gave us a king room on the first floor… it smelled and there was roaches in the room. We found one in the washroom and one in the bedroom. I never felt more disgusted. I made sure to close my suitcase and kept all the lights on as I had no choice because it was late and we travelled for 26 hours and was tired. I definitely wouldnt recommend it at all to anyone. Lobby is nice - staff was very friendly and helpful. Nothing else positive to add. Sorry

The price was decent. However, it needs some refreshing. Bathroom smelled musty. Hair from previous guest was in the shower. A/C was not cold enough. When we arrived to our room it was very warm. It never cooled down to where I felt comfortable.

The resort is beautiful. I stayed for only a few hours before catching my flight back home. We wanted somewhere to unwind for a bit, freshen up and use the pool. There’s a 7Eleven about less than 10 minutes walk from the hotel for all your essentials. There’s also a street-side food stall along the way to 7Eleven.
