There are 2 BEDROOMS upstairs - the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and the second bedroom contains a queen bed. The little ones, or extra visitors, can be accommodated on the double pull-out sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor.

Get ready for your day in the 2 BATHROOMS, one of which features a shower only. Both are spacious and modern, and we've got you covered with FREE toiletries and towels!

Enjoy the open-concept LIVING AREA, with natural wood and stone touches. There is a comfortable sofa, a 47" LCD TV, and a beautiful stone-fronted wood-burning fireplace.

The full and modern KITCHEN provides everything you need to prepare your meals, including granite countertops, a dishwasher, a drip coffee maker, pots & pans, and utensils. Enjoy your meals together or share laughs at the grand dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of excellent amenities at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort, where this condo is conveniently located! Swim laps in the indoor pool before soaking in one of the TWO hot tubs available to you. If you're interested in bringing along your furry companion, please enquire with our team and we will be happy to try and accommodate you and your pet for a fee. To ensure your furry best friend is comfortable, a complimentary pet package may be available.

Ample space is provided in this lovely two-level condo with a staircase!

During the summer, head to the tennis and squash courts on-site, or for our outdoor adventurers, step onto one of the many Tunnel Mountain hiking trails behind the property. Grab your bike (which can be stored on-site for no charge) and hop onto the well-known Legacy Trail into Banff or Canmore. In the winter, you'll love the complimentary outdoor parking, allowing you to head to the slopes of Sunshine, Lake Louise or Nakiska first thing in the morning.

At Alpha Bistro (just off the lobby), savor farm-fresh eggs, pancakes, and breakfast poutine for breakfast, and relish a variety of appetizers, burgers, pizza, and delightful entrees for either a full meal or a quick bite and drink. Don't miss The Meatball Pizza and Pasta restaurant on-site, with amazing desserts like Mount Assiniboine and Cheesecake.

Please note that the outdoor hot tub is currently undergoing repairs and is expected to reopen in the spring. In the meantime, the indoor pool and indoor hot tub remain available for your enjoyment.

We stayed here in mid-May, just before the big summer rush. The complex needed a refresh - exterior paint/stain, sidewalk levelling, window cleaning, etc. There were no signs of maintenance in progress. The check-in process is cumbersome and outdated. With programmable door locks and folders of information inside the condos, the process would be much simpler for staff and guests. The kitchen was stocked more like a hotel room than a regularly used rental that would be expected to have some spices, foil, cooking oil, etc left behind by other guests. There were numerous showers taken in tepid water over the course of our 3-night stay. Does the unit share a water heater with other units??? The wifi was sketchy, the TV remote barely functioned, there was no channel guide, the channels available were undesirable - unless you are an avid hockey fan. The unit we were in would technically be suitable for 6 people, but I wouldn't want to be one of the 6. The complex is north of Banff, so you're out of the hustle - but you're also not within reasonable walking distance to take advantage of all the great walking to be done in town - and town has very limited parking. They do offer a shuttle, but we didn't use it. Banff was beautiful, but we'll be looking for someplace else to stay next time.

Easy checkin, property was clean, recently renovated and as described. WiFi is annoyingly bad and intermittently drops. The king size bed is soft and needed to be replaced when the place was renovated.

We had a great stay! Perfect location for our ski trip and small group. Beds were super comfortable and the condo was great. Nice amenities in the area and easy parking and access. Would definitely return!

This was described as if it was a condo with a "full kitchen", but it is really an unit in a hotel complex, which means hotel-style maintenance. The kitchen had almost nothing in it for cooking. You could request all you want but the staff simply doesn't have anything else to help you. If you are looking for one pot to heat soup you'll be fine - but expect little more. With thin walls the noise between units was substantial. One broken fireplace tool and a non-functional coffee pot. The staff was friendly and did their best to help but overall this is what you expect from a hotel, not a VRBO.

Three pals and I split the two bedroom and although a little cozy we made it home. Had a great time and it was super convenient to town. The property offers a shuttle so no need to drive. The beds and pillows were comfortable so no complains there. My one note for the property management would be to purchase cooking items. We were unable to utilize the kitchen properly as there were no pots, pans, etc. Also the couch is not super comfortable. Outside of that, amazing and would likely stay again

We had a lovely family weekend!! The only reason I gave an overall of 4 instead of 5 is because it was cold when we were there and the door had a very large gap that the cold air came through and the heater did not work properly so it would get cool if we did not constantly mess with the thermostat

There were several positives, but also negatives, that lead me to choose elsewhere on next trip. POSITIVE: Location and cleanliness of apartment. That's it. NEGATIVES: Restaurant breakfast is horrible and service is worse; eat elsewhere; never brought out more food as dishes were depleted. Check-in staff appeared disinterested in welcoming us and were speaking to others on walkie-talkie while checking me in- NO kind welcome. Fireplace is wood-only and you have to pay for the wood. I cannot underscore how poor the customer service was. King bed had huge dip in middle, so one felt like they were constantly rolling over towards middle of bed- bad for back/posture. I hated the king-size bed; it was uncomfortable and over time, rather painful. Mattress cover over pullout sofa had not been washed with rest of linens; had to use sleeping bag as an extra barrier. The location was awesome, but the horrible customer service and restaurant service made this place a no-go for future returns to the area I love.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Far more reasonable than any hotel located in downtown Banff. It’s about a two mile walk but there is a sidewalk leading right to downtown. The condo is small but perfect for two couples. We enjoyed our stay a great deal.

We enjoyed the staff and pools with a view of one of the famous Banff mountains. We were disappointed with the room not being ready by 4pm, with a baby we waited 30 mins for them to finish our room. So after a cold long day we couldn’t access our room until 4:30.. it doesn’t matter to them though.
