Thank you for taking some time in giving us a review of your experience with us. However please allow us to inform you of the following.
As per your comments cleaners where knocking on your door at any time. Kindly note that the cleaners work from 07:30 until 16:00 and they start cleaning rooms after 10:00 this means that you never opened the room to the cleaners to clean the room, provide you with fresh towels, and take the garbages out and give you toilet rolls.
You said that your neighbors were noisy when you have been noisy as well and you were asked multiple times to calm down which you didn't.
Extra pillows can be found in the closet. Even if you didn't find any, why didn't you just ask for extra pillows from the reception?
Now as for the door please remember that one of your friends damaged the door and the issue was fixed the next day by maintenance.
Finally as for the pool lifeguards kindly note that we follow all rules and regulations applicable to ensure the safety of the people using the pool. These policies are clearly stated on boards around the pool.

In relation to soap and other amenities, kindly note that we do not state that this facility is offered. The noise from moving furniture did not come from the cleaners but from guests as cleaners start cleaning the rooms after 10:00. We do apologize for the disturbance created by other guests. Regarding the aircondition please note that you never mentioned a problem with the air-conditioning in order to fix it. Furthermore, after your review we have checked the air condition in your room and the air condition in the bedroom is working properly, thus it was a problem easily fixed.
We hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you again to our hotel in an effort to provide you with better quality of services.

2. Any extra charges depend on your selection and are always visible before booking your room in accordance to your selections.
3. Our rooms have either bathtub or shower. You may select what you prefer by sending us a message either through your booking or through an email.
