The open-concept layout is filled with natural light and seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating an inviting space to relax or gather with friends and family.

Cook with ease using top-of-the-line appliances, including a double oven and integrated dishwasher. After a day out, unwind in one of three comfortable bedrooms, featuring two queen beds and one twin, all outfitted with quality linens for a restful night’s sleep.

For remote work, a dedicated desk and fast Wi-Fi make it easy to stay connected, while the 55” Smart TV is perfect for movie nights and downtime.

Step outside to your private backyard — fully fenced with a lockable gate for added privacy and security. Enjoy Austin’s outdoor lifestyle on the covered patio and relax with your group in your own outdoor space.

An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Guest Access

✦There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.

✦Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦ Please note there is a $100 fee for pets - this requires a more extensive clean for the next guest. You are responsible for cleaning after your pets (both inside and outside). We will request reimbursement for any damaged furniture or sheets.

✦We have an exterior camera facing the front of the house, and rear patio.

✦ Profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews are required to pay a $500 damage deposit to our discretion prior to a booking being confirmed and check in instructions being shared. The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of a reservation assuming there is no damage to the property.

✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

House Rules
To ensure a wonderful stay for you and our future guests, we ask that you please observe the following rules:

1. Smoking and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. A minimum fee of $1,000 will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
2. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
3. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
4. Be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
5. Pets are permitted, but you must clean up after them (inside and out) and keep them off the furniture.
6. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed. The maximum property capacity is 7 people. Occupancy is verified by exterior security cameras per city ordinance. A fee of $200 per unauthorized guest or pet, per night, will be applied for violations.
7. Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.
8. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.
9. Please report any damages and/or breakages to us immediately.
10. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
11. Please turn off all electronics and lights when you leave the house.
12. A late checkout fee of $75 will be applied for any departure at 10:30 AM or later.

Pet Policy: A $100 pet fee is required to cover a more extensive cleaning for the next guest. You are also responsible for any damage caused by your pets.

Security: For your safety and to verify occupancy, there is an exterior camera facing the front of the house.

Booking Requirements: New profiles with no prior reviews may be required to pay a $500 refundable damage deposit at our discretion. Profiles with a review rating lower than 4 stars will not be allowed to instant book, and any such reservations may be canceled. All new profiles are subject to manual review before a booking is confirmed.
