To ensure a 5-star stay for everyone, please respect the following guidelines:

🔹 Unregistered Guests: Strictly prohibited. Any unregistered guest incurs a $35 fee per person/day.
🔹 No Smoking: A $100 fee applies for any smoke odor detected inside the property.
🔹 No Parties: Parties or events are strictly prohibited to respect our neighbors.
🔹 No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to severe allergies.
🔹 Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
🔹 TV Remote: Please keep track of the remote; replacement cost is $50.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging an electric vehicle via regular outlets will incur a $35/night fee.
🔹 Child Safety: The house is not child-proofed; constant family supervision is required for children.
🔹Free Parking: Available in the shared 2-car driveway or on the street.
🔹Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
🔹Please do not unplug or remove any connected devices (gateway, cables, or chargers). Any missing items will incur a $200 penalty charge
