We selected this property based on proximity to hospital. A family member was having surgery (14 hours!). This gave us a relaxing place to wait on results. The gamesroom and the outside games provided much needed distraction. The host was awesome. Communication was prompt and Tony was very helpful. I will be back!

This is a really great looking home with fun entertainment for the family. Host Tony was very responsive. During the hot afternoons and early evenings the AC was not able to keep up with the 100 degree temperatures. Service repair was sent to work out the issues during our stay and home temperatures improved after some contributing factors were addressed. I'm sure this wouldn't be a consideration when temperatures aren't as bad.

Bridal Shower

I rented the house to have my sister's bridal shower at. The house was amazing, everyone loved the house, especially the game room. The host Tony, was amazing, he is very communicative with you. I will definitely be suggesting this house to everyone, and we'll definitely be rerenting this house again.

Girls Gathering

Great place for a girls getaway. We felt safe in the house, the neighborhood was lovely. I enjoyed sitting in the back with a cup of coffee in the morning listening to the birds. I appreciated the outdoor furniture being very clean. Tony was a great host. He checked in with us to be sure all was well, and gave us some great recommendations. I would like to visit Austin again and will be sure to book this property if its available.

Wonderful property!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Communication with Tony was excellent. My family gathered here over Thanksgiving weekend. Six of us stayed on site. Beds were comfortable. A portable playpen was available for use if you're travelling with young ones. Four more adults joined us during the day and we had plenty of room to spread out between the living area, the game room, and backyard. Our dogs were welcome to stay with us and loved playing in the backyard chasing the taunting squirrels. This home was very easy to drive to, not far off the interstate, in a very nice neighborhood, and close to a grocery store and other shopping/eating options. We loved all the mural walls, too! Great backgrounds for family photos! Overall, this property met nearly all of our needs. There were a few things that can be simply met to make the stay exceptional next time. This would include extra towels/washcloths and blankets. Items we needed in the kitchen included more serving sized utensils and bowls, a dish strainer/drying rack, and storage bowls for leftovers. A couple of chairs need repairs as they were a bit wonky and unstable. Lastly, an actual "click on" link for the wifi would be appreciated and make it so much easier for log in as opposed to typing the address in ourselves. Pretty minor fixes that didn't keep me from giving this property 5 stars. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay

We had a great weekend get away. The house is exactly as advertised. Large rooms with bright and inviting decorations. We hosted a baby shower our second day. There was plenty of space with the living room, dining area, game room, and outside. Conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. Also several parks nearby for family entertainment. Tony is a great host and quick to respond. I will say, the game room was a little too warm for this grandma, but we were here in August.

Great stay for family gathering

Overall Space had lots of character, with beautifully painted Texas-inspired murals, nice seating inside and outside with plenty of pillows, nice open space inside and outside. Walked into a very clean, cool space, and a helpful and responsive host! I get skeevy with using dirty space but didn't get that all with this house. Lots of games and entertainment in the renovated garage space, maybe a puzzle and a couple board games to add to the fun, but the kids loved hanging here as well as on the hammocks outdoors. Slept really well on beds. Cutely decorated. Master was heavenly. Only recommendation here is to update the listing to accurately reflect available number of beds. There are no rooms with two singles as shown on the listing. Showerheads were really nice and overall look of the bathrooms clean and updated. Some bathroom hardware, like faucets, hooks, cabinet handles, were broken, stiff, or can easily fall off. Nothing a handyman can't give some TLC to. Overall great kitchen. New fridge, stove, microwave, with some cooking utensils, lots of cabinet space and pantry. More servingware could be nice, since we hosted a couple family get-togethers at the house and did some cooking. Didnt feel crowded at all, lots of little nooks to hang out in with family and friends. I would totally rent this space again the next time I'm in town!

Perfect Stay

Not only was the house everything it was listed as and more, but the manager Tony was on point with communication and always available if needed. The house was clean, perfectly located and had everything you could want. I will definitely be staying here again on my way back to Texas. Thank you Tony!
