Fully private and modern South Austin home designed for comfortable 30+ day stays — ideal for traveling professionals, remote workers, relocations or extended visits.
Tucked away on a cul-de-sac, this two-story home offers a peaceful neighborhood setting while still being minutes from restaurants, shopping, nature, entertainment and daily essentials. It is truly the best of both worlds, where you want both convenience and a place that actually feels like home.
This property is one side of a duplex, but lives like a single-family home with a completely private entrance, garage and fenced backyard. There are no shared indoor spaces.
Parking & Access
You’ll have a one-car garage plus driveway parking (2 total vehicles), which is a big advantage in this area. Free street parking is also available for additional vehicles or visitors.
Outdoor Space
Enjoy a private fenced backyard with patio seating and bistro lighting — perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.
Work-Friendly
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home and there are three smart TVs (living room and two bedrooms). The office setup makes the space especially convenient for remote workers.

Recently renovated and thoughtfully furnished, the home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with an open, bright layout and lots of natural light. The space is designed to be practical for daily living.

Kitchen & Living
The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and the open living room is comfortable for relaxing after work or exploring the city. Washer and dryer are in-unit.
The home is arranged and stocked for extended stays rather than short visits.
Neighborhood Vibes
The home is in the Garrison Park area of South Austin, a quiet residential neighborhood that still keeps you close to everything. You can settle into a normal routine here — groceries, coffee shops, parks and daily errands are all a short drive away — while still being about 15 minutes from central Austin.
When you do want to get out, you’re close to some of South Austin’s favorite spots. Nearby hangouts include Armadillo Den, Bouldin Acres South Side, St. Elmo Brewing, Cosmic Pickle and Thicket Food Truck Park, along with award-winning barbecue at Leroy & Lewis. Coffee options are easy, too (the Summer Moon truck is a local favorite).
For outdoor time, Garrison Park is right around the corner for walking, jogging or biking, and larger destinations like Zilker Park, Barton Springs and Lady Bird Lake are easily reachable when you want to explore more of Austin.
Getting Around
Driving: conveniently located near major highways like I-35 and Mopac, getting around the city is quick and easy. The Austin airport is also less than a 20-minute drive away.
Public Transportation: there are nearby bus stops that connect you to the rest of Austin, making commuting and exploring the city simple and convenient.
