House Rules & Policies:



- Unauthorized Guests: A $500 fine applies for each unauthorized guest.

- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $1,000 fine applies for violations.

- Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old to book. Exceptions require prior approval from our team before check-in.



Damage Protection Policy:



We require a refundable $2,000 hold on your card to cover potential damages, which will be released after checkout, subject to any applicable charges. Alternatively, guests may choose a $100 damage waiver instead of the refundable hold, subject to the waiver's coverage terms.

Pool Information:



Our pool is professionally cleaned, sanitized, and chemically balanced before each guest's arrival. Since the property is surrounded by beautiful mature trees, occasional leaves, small twigs, or other natural debris may fall into the water between scheduled cleanings, especially during the summer months.



A skimmer net is provided so guests can easily remove any debris during their stay if needed. Rest assured, the pool is cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for your enjoyment!
