Every corner of this property is designed to immerse guests in an elevated, photo worthy experience, with its indoor-outdoor living. This property can comfortably accommodate 14 guests making it the ideal spot for a bachelorette trip, girls' vacation, couples get-away or a ‘staycation’.

Sunbathe in your own cabana, day bed or lounge chair, cool off in a resort-style pool and spa, binge your favorite show while swimming with the 75” outdoor TV, start your day with an outdoor workout in your private gym or gather around the firepit in the evening. ‘Get ready’ for a night in or out in a vibrant vanity room, and don’t forget to find the hidden Speakeasy where you can karaoke the night away. Located just 5 minutes from Rainey, 6th St., S Congress and East 6th, and just 10 minutes from the airport, this isn’t just a place to stay – it’s an EXPERIENCE!

Room Accommodations:

Bedroom 1: King bed, 50" Smart TV, full length mirror, private master bathroom with shower and vanity, walk-in closet and access to outdoor workout space

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, 50" Smart TV, closet, access to outdoor workout space, shared bathroom

Bedroom 3: 2 Full beds, 50" Smart TV, closet, fireplace, full length mirror, shared bathroom

Bedroom 4: One Full-over-queen bunk bed, 50" Smart TV, closet, full length mirror, access to shared bathroom

Bedroom 5: Queen bed, 43" Smart TV, desk, full length mirror, private bathroom (Located downstairs)

All bedrooms are equipped with premium pillows, linens and sheets, closets with hangers and shelves, nightstands with reading lights and black out blinds (for the ultimate sleeping experience)!

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bath towels, hand towels and makeup towels/washcloths are provided. There are also hairdryers and straighteners in each of the bathrooms (making packing a little lighter!).

Additional Indoor Spaces:

Living Room: 65" Smart TV, large and cozy sectional couch perfect for relaxing. We provide a Sonos speaker to Bluetooth connect and listen to your favorite tunes inside or outside.

Dining Room: Large dining table with seating for 8.

Kitchen: Gas stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker for pot/cup and fully-stocked with plenty of dinnerware, utensils, pots & pans, plastic plates and cups for the outdoor area and even serving dishes! Large island with plenty of room to gather with seating for 6 more!

Laundry room: Equipped with washer and dryer. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets.

Outdoor Gym: 2-person sauna, free weights, weight bench, yoga mats, stationary bike and full-length mirrors.

Get Ready Station: 4 designated vanity stations to get ready together, equipped with a hair dryer and straightener full length mirror and neon sign for added ambiance.

Speakeasy: Hidden door to spacious and comfortable sectional couch, bar, stage for karaoke with a karaoke machine, 65" Smart TV, selfie station to capture the moments and props to make it extra fun!

Backyard: The SHOWSTOPPER and reason everyone wants to stay here! Fully fenced (w/twinkle lights) for ultimate privacy, resort-style pool & spa, 85" outdoor Smart TV, 3 large cabanas, 3 spacious daybeds, 4 pool loungers, outdoor kitchen w/spacious dining table that seats 10, propane BBQ w/utensils, outdoor firepit and putting greens. This spacious backyard is perfect for all outdoor games including a full-size volleyball net, outdoor ping pong table, outdoor Jenga, cornhole, pool toys and plenty of pool floaties. We do not allow any glass to be taken outside so we provide plenty of outdoor-friendly plastic cups, plates and wine glasses to enjoy in the backyard.

Outdoor seating: The covered outdoor kitchen space has a massive dining room table with seating for 10 people allowing you to enjoy any meal outdoors (the outdoor fan is a MUST for those Austin summer days/nights). 2 dreamy porch swings are ideal for relaxation.

Pool/Hot tub: Resort-style pool with water features, infinity edge hot tub, customizable pool lighting for evening dips, 85" outdoor TV mounted at pool for a truly luxury pool experience. Lounge chairs and day beds line the pool deck equipped with umbrellas for added shade. Pool towels are provided.

Firepit: Propane gas firepit with seating for 8, surrounded by twinkle lights. We also provide skewers for roasting marshmallows. What a perfect way to end an Austin night!

Outdoor 85" Smart TV: Log into any of your streaming apps and enjoy the most luxurious outdoor entertainment while being poolside or relaxing in the hot tub.
