Our treehouse is designed to immerse you in the true spirit of Austin. Nestled among the trees, you`ll enjoy stunning views and a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle. The space is cozy yet spacious, featuring:

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the treehouse and the surrounding property. Feel free to explore the grounds and enjoy the natural beauty of our little oasis.

All reservations require a $500 refundable deposit.
There are no parties or special events allowed on our properties unless arranged with us prior to your arrival. Quiet hours are 10pm-10am as per city noise ordinance. Please do not congregate outside during these hours. If guests are found to be having a party, you will be asked to vacate immediately.
Homes are very close to each other and are in residential areas. PLEASE be considerate of our neighbors. Additionally, many of our units are in multifamily buildings that share interior walls with other people. Please be courteous and aware of your indoor noise. Neighbor complaints may result in a $250+ fee to your group. Guests found to be disturbing the neighbors may also be asked to vacate the property.
There is no smoking/vaping allowed inside or outside of. This includes tobacco and any other substance legal or otherwise. We do not allow incense burning. Please don’t smoke or burn anything inside of the units. Unfortunately, even when you smoke outside the smoke on your clothes can transfer to our furniture and create issues for subsequent guests. There will be a $500 fine and additional cleaning fees if we have to eliminate smoke/vape odors from the house.
You must arrange for extra guests prior to arrival. Guests that are not part of your group are not allowed to stay overnight or to congregate at the property without our prior approval.
We do allow some breeds of pets, but this MUST be arranged prior to your arrival and are subject to a $150 fee per pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in beds. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please contact us so we can send you our pet rules.
Feel free to use any items in the kitchen. We do ask that you try to avoid frying any food or cooking items with permeating smells as they can linger for future guests. Additionally, if there`s an accident or spill, cleaning supplies are located underneath the kitchen sink.
