Cozy Home for Austin Getaway

Overall, we really enjoyed this property and would stay here again. The location was perfect and close to Barton Springs, Parmer Events Center, restaurants, and shopping. The street parking was great and the house had plenty of room, nice finishings and furnishings. The property management company was very responsive and communicated throughout the stay. A few things we did notice that should be addressed. The smoke detectors were disconnected and wires were hanging down. The hair dryer was broken and needs to be replaced or bring your own. This is wasp season, but there were a lot of nests around the house. The "yard" was a little unkept and had lots of weeds. The house does not have a dining table or bar stools which made eating meals difficult. We never noticed when looking at pictures that there were no table or chairs, but we made it work even though it was difficult to eat meals with the family. The air conditioner worked but did struggle on the 100 degree days, but cooled down in the evenings. There is a close train track, but didn't notice the noise much when inside.

Great tucked away spot near everything!

This cute little house is tucked away in a quiet corner of trendy Bouldin Creek, near the greenway. It's walking distance to South Congress and not too far from Zilker Park and other great Austin spots. It was clean and very comfortable, with all the necessities. Perfect for my husband and me, along with my mother. Thank you for making everything easy!

Clean, Simple, and Convenient

Had a nice stay at Cozy Corner with my daughter during SXSW. Property was clean, modern, and simple - all we needed for a few days in town. Location was great for cheap Ubers just about anywhere we wanted to go in the city. Property managers quick to respond to small issue (no towels when we arrived). Drawbacks were proximity to train tracks and construction on neighboring houses. - very loud. They also need to address some small details in the house (no night stands or dresser in upstairs room, tv wires hanging down walls, etc). Overall a good property though.
