The Space

The kitchen has everything you need to cook in, from a full-size French-door refrigerator and convection oven to sleek stone counters. Location & Neighborhood

The Rainey Street Historic District is downtown Austin at its most fun: century-old bungalows turned into patio bars, food trucks, cocktail lounges, and live music, all on one walkable street. A few steps the other way, Lady Bird Lake offers paddleboarding, kayaking, the hike and bike trail, and the famous bat flight under the Congress Avenue Bridge on summer evenings. From your door, you can walk to 6th Street and the Convention Center, or take a quick rideshare to concerts at the Moody Theater, the State Capitol, South Congress, Zilker Park, and Barton Springs.
