« This place is amazing. This is our second time staying in this same Condo. As always the hosts is amazing. The Condo was clean and always enjoy the balcony. Great relaxing stay me and my wife really never left the condo. Great experience and the lake is peaceful. Staying away from the city life is very relaxing. Definitely going to come back next year. »

« There were some communication errors with the vacasa staff. Twice, our room card expired and had to get new ones. Lots of construction in the area at present so be aware of that. Other than that, the suite was gorgeous! Rooftop pool was great! Fitness area was very clean and well equipped! Pet friendly! »

« Only negative was it was an 18 minute walk to the Austin Convention Center and the ad says 9 minute walk. So, i took cabs, but other than that, this place was amazing. The owner was very helpful. I did not mind the cabs, it was very humid, anyway. So, even 9 minute walk would have been a cab or uber. The view is amazing. I did not knock any points. It was very nice! Thank you, Bre! »

« We absolutely loved our stay on 4th street. It was walking distances to so many great places like Whistlers, Cuvee Coffee Bar, Lazarus Brew, and so much more. There was a bike/walking trail right behind the unit that ran parrel with 6th street so it was very easy to get around. Quick uber ride to downtown or rainy street. Very close to lady bird, honestly a great central location. The condo was clean and fully stocked with all that we needed. Perfect for two couples. The only draw back was...

« Our work group had a great stay at the property. It was a short walk to the conference center, restaurants, and other establishments in the area. Would definitely recommend. Much cheaper than area hotels! Property was just as advertised, urban/modern style, and had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! Owner was super responsive to questions about parking, etc. »

« The apartment is very clean, there is enough room for everything, the bed was so comfortable we slept so good! The kitchen was well equipped. We loved being close to wonderful Zilker Park and downtown. The only thing is that there was not much daylight in the apartment. But apart of that we can highly recommend it! »
