Welcome to Travis Heights - a tree-covered gem in the heart of south Austin. Just steps away from the vibrant South Congress scene, known for its trendy shops and popular eateries. Immerse yourself in nature with the nearby Blunn Creek Greenbelt trails, or take a dip in the spring-fed pool at Big Stacy Park. Enjoy the shaded streets, say hi to our friendly neighbors, and experience Austin's authentic vibe. Everything you need for a memorable stay is within a short walk, scooter ride, or drive!

Austin is awash in scooters, Ubers, and Lyfts, making getting around super easy! If you drove, we have off-street parking for 2, as well as abundant street parking.

Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.

1. Smoking (or vaping) is not permitted inside. Smoking is allowed outside only; please, no butts on the ground. A minimum $1,000 cleaning fee will be reported if evidence of smoking is found in the home.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property without prior notice. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, there is a limit to the number of any visitors at any one time (in addition to registered occupants) of four (4) up to a maximum of 6 persons in the property at any given time. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.

3. Guest is responsible for all child proofing. Any child amenities (pack & plays, high chairs, etc.) shall be completely and fully inspected for satisfactory working order by Guest prior to use. Hosts do not inspect child amenities between stays, and any injuries resulting from their use are 100% guest-related.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Tampering with / disabling the decibel meter and refusing to reinstall it is grounds for immediate cancellation.

7. While our home is pet friendly, excessive shedding, mud, damage, etc. may require an additional charge. The pet fee is $59 per stay.

8. We are very flexible hosts, and do not ask or expect our guests to clean prior to check out. However, we also don't expect our guests to leave a mess; cleaning that requires substantially more time than usual due to garbage, stains, spills, etc., will be charged to the Guest at $40 per hour.

This cute little bungalow was in the perfect location. We were close enough to the city, but tucked away in a quaint little neighborhood. The place was clean and just the right size for the two of us traveling with our two dogs. Thank you for making our trip enjoyable.

My wife and I have for the last 4 years stayed in numerous places here in Austin to visit our daughter in college and this have to be one of our favorite place. From the house, location and the host. We planned on staying here again in the future.
