✹ Parking: There is free parking for two cars on the driveway (one under the carport and one space in front of the carport). The driveway is shared with unit 1, so please be sure not to block unit 1 parking.

✹ Remote Work: If you need to get work done, you can do it comfortably with a dedicated workspace, an 8 Gigabyte G-Fiber Multi-Gig Wifi router, and Ethernet ports and cables. The office space includes an ergonomic chair, a 27” monitor, a laptop stand, and a color printer with printer paper.

✹ Family Appeal: This is a family-friendly home with a crib, Pack ‘n Play, high chair (upon request), toys, books, and kids’ dinnerware.
