This centrally-located townhouse accommodates 5 guests in 2 bedrooms plus a comfortable leather couch that can be used as an additional sleeping arrangement. The master bedroom is on the upper level and is fitted with a king-size bed, a private bathroom, and an in-room TV. The secondary bedroom on this level features a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, an in-room TV, and a dedicated workspace.

There are two full bathrooms and one-half bathroom in this home. The master bedroom on the upper floor contains a full ensuite with a standing shower. The secondary bedroom also has a full bathroom, with a combination shower and tub. The half bathroom is on the main floor, stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. All bathrooms have touch-sensor vanity mirrors for fashion and function.

☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆
The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances, a stocked coffee station, a tea kettle, cast-iron pans, utensils, and other cookware you need to feel at home. This thoughtfully designed home provides a dishwasher in addition to a separate in-unit washer/dryer area. The dining area seats 4 guests at an intimate dining table.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Enjoy the spectacular natural light during the day and soak in the fireplace at night in this cozy oasis.

After a day of exploring Austin, unwind on the patio to enjoy an afternoon beverage or a communal game at the bistro dining area.


Guests with zero reviews will be required to sign a renter's agreement and settle a $300 security deposit. This will be held and released 5 days after your stay assuming there's no damage in our unit.

**For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for unapproved late checkouts.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Pet Fee is $195(max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets. Pets must be house-trained and crated if left alone. Also, please clean up your pet's feces or we will charge an additional $40 fee if uncleaned feces are found.

No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. An additional event fee will be charged.

Quiet hours in Austin start at 10 PM which means no guests are allowed outside or in the backyard after 10 PM. Our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.
