HOUSE RULES



~ Cancellations: The 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.

~ Late checkout: A $150 fee applies for any unapproved late checkout.

~ Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside. Permitted outside as long as smoke doesn’t enter the home and cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Violations will result in a fee.

~ Pets: Up to 2 dogs for $170.

~ Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. Backyard noise carries to the neighboring property, so please keep outdoor noise down, especially in the evening. Noise violations are subject to a $500 fine.

~ Pool/spa: Only one can be heated at a time. Pool heating requires 72 hours’ notice and is $200/night.

~ The patio fireplace is decorative only and should not be lit.
