No TV remote in room. Phone cord was severed. Pool closed for maintenance. Room noisy! (Walls, ceilings, floors too thin). No freezer compartment in fridge. Lot used to store tree-trimming machinery, vehicles. No comment card, note pad or pen in room.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry to hear you had some issues during your stay. We were able to get you a new remote and thankfully most people have cell phones, therefore the room phones are hardly used. We have several accounts that stay with us regulars that use the "tree trimming machinery" (thank goodness for them!) and we no longer put the pen and pad in the rooms due to them being high touch areas. Hope this clears up any confusion and we wish you well!

Bed linens were disgusting. Dirty, stained, had makeup on them. Told the front lobby girl and all she did was hand me new sheets. Didn’t offer to have someone come clean the room or move us to a different room. Asked to speak with a manager and she told me there wasn’t one on property. Extremely unsatisfied with the condition of my room and also how the situation wS handled.

Wonderful staff, hotel needs some work
This is a very basic hotel. The staff are excellent and they are the reason I would stay again. The hotel needs some upkeep. There was a broken window shade, washer, and the office chair was in terrible shape.

This was our second attempt at this location and never ever again. The linens stink, the rooms are not clean. Not sure how this can go unaddressed. Our first attempt was November 2021, over two years later and its still the same.

I booked a room for my parents to stay for one night. The initial room that they were given has a couch that didn't look like it was cleaned properly. I brought this issue with the front desk attendant, and he immediately resolved the issue by assigning them another available room that was cleaned properly. The attendant was respectful and very easy to work with (didn't get his name, unfortunately). The property is right across the street from the metro rail and it is walking distance to HEB, so that adds a level of convenience. However, there isn't much to see and do in its immediate vicinity.

I checked in at 8:30pm on Saturday and checked out at 9:00am on Sunday morning, Short Stay! So not a lot to review and rate. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Comfortable hotel
My family and I were in just for the night and found the hotel very easy to get to, the parking lot was great. Check in was a breeze and the room location was spot on my kids found the room comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
