-The maximum occupancy is 10 adults.
-Maximum number of additional daytime guests is 4 between the hours of 8:00a-10:00p.
-Rental Agreement must be e-signed after 48 hours after booking, which requests the names and ages of adult guests.
-Included with your reservation is an accidental damage protection insurance policy that protects everyone from any unexpected accidents. The full name, address and date of birth of the primary renter must be submitted within 48 hours after booking to our insurance partner, Safely.
-Bachelor/Bachelorette groups must all be over 30 years old.
-Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
-The exterior of the home is monitored by security cameras.
-The pool is serviced on Thursday
-Additional deposits may be required.
-No Pets Allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, let us know and we can provide some pet friendly homes.
-Please Note: The home is in close proximity to the highway so road noise is to be expected when using the outdoor area.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.
