The Space:

Welcome to Eastside ATX Social, a private East Austin retreat designed for groups who want more than just a place to sleep.



With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 11 beds and space for up to 17 guests, this home brings together serious entertainment, private wellness amenities and plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your time in Austin.



Start a tournament on the golf simulator, hit the arcade, deal a hand at the poker table or squeeze in a workout without ever leaving the house. When it’s time to recharge, step outside and switch gears with your own hot tub, sauna and cold plunge.



Fire up the BBQ and enjoy dinner on the patio, challenge the group to a game of cornhole, kick back in the egg chairs or head upstairs to the balcony and settle in around the gas fire pit.



Inside, the open-concept living space keeps everyone connected, while the fully stocked kitchen, large island and 65” Smart TV set the scene for everything from group dinners to laid-back nights at home.



When you’re ready to explore, East Austin is right outside your door. Spend the day discovering local restaurants, BBQ spots, breweries and some of the city’s best neighborhoods, or head downtown for live music, nightlife, sporting events and Austin’s most popular attractions.

You have full access to the entire home. A locked utility/supply closet is reserved for property maintenance — everything else is yours to enjoy.

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.

Check-out is at 10am



- No pets allowed.

- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 2 exterior Ring cameras are installed — one is over the garage, and one is on the side of the home. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Please note that street parking is allowed.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
