The Space:
This cozy RV has everything you need to feel relaxed and at ease. The living room is bright and invitingâa great spot to kick back, stream your favorite shows, or just chill after a day of exploring Austin.
The beds are all about comfort, with a super comfy bed and a pullout sofa that practically beg you to sleep in. Itâs the perfect retreat to recharge.
The kitchen is stocked with all the basics that you may need.
One of the best parts? The backyard. Itâs extremely peaceful and feels like a slice of the Texas Hill Country, ideal for sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing under the Texas sky in the evening. Keep in mind it is shared with the other units.
This space is simple, cozy, and feels like home. Whether youâre here for a weekend getaway, a work trip, or just to soak up all the Austin vibes, this place has you covered.
Disclaimers: This is a friendly and fun RV. Guests should not expect a luxury spacious stay. If you need a comfortable spot in a great location, this is a great option! The home runs off of a space heater when it is cold or window units when it is hot and is not super efficient at keeping temperature throughout the entire home. Please consider this when booking. There is a washer/dryer outside the main house that is shared with the other residences at the property. The entire backyard space is shared with the 4 other units (Though it is very large so each unit does have some privacy). Parking is available on the street. You will park at the street and walk through a gate to get to the tiny home. The home has a composting toilet. It operates just like a regular toilet but is a bit different aesthetically. The service company does come by at times.

There is a portable stove in place for an oven. This should still allow you to prepare meals comfortably.
Parking is available by the street. Guests will need to walk into the property from there.

Hot Showers, Made Simple đż â Our hot water system runs on propane, keeping your showers warm and cozy! In the rare event the propane runs out, just grab a new tank, and weâll reimburse youâquick and hassle-free!
Eco-Friendly Toilets â»ïž â Each RV & tiny home features a composting toilet, which is a sustainable, water-free system. It doesnât flush like a traditional toilet but is equipped with an exhaust fan to minimize odors. To keep everything running smoothly, please ensure the fan (powered by a black cord near the toilet) stays plugged in.
Fresh & Clean â We schedule regular maintenance every other week to keep the composting system in top shape. Occasionally, there may be a subtle scent, but rest assured, weâre here to assist if needed.
