Nestled in a tranquil enclave, this charming stop provides a serene haven for relaxation while offering easy access to some of Austin's most popular dining and entertainment destinations, all within a 5-10 minute drive.

As you step into your home away from home, you'll discover a thoughtfully designed space that effortlessly combines comfort and convenience. Enough sleeping space for a large family or group of friends, this duplex unit gives everyone a cozy place to sleep after exploring all that Austin has to offer.

The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of dishware, silverware, and pots and pans for your use. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a leisurely dinner, this kitchen has everything you need to make your stay feel like a home experience.

The living room is cozy and comfortable, featuring a big screen TV equipped with Roku for entertainment. Gather around for a movie night or unwind after a day of adventures in the cozy ambiance. Adjacent to the living area we have a dining space with a table big enough for a large group and extra chairs if you need more space. A perfect, airy spot for breakfast or dinner.

With three distinct sleeping spaces, this duplex offers versatility to accommodate various sleeping preferences. The master bedroom (Bedroom #1) has its own bath and two queen beds. Bedroom #2 features one queen and one full bed, and the loft space above the living room offers an additional two queen beds, with a shared bathroom conveniently located in the hallway.

Step outside to your private outdoor area, a small patio perfect for enjoying the fresh air and a morning coffee or to grill up lunch/dinner (grill included on the patio).

For your convenience, one covered parking space is available to you. One more car can fit in the driveway behind the covered parking spot, and there is plenty of street parking as well. Additionally, you'll have access to a dedicated washer/dryer.
