This cozy 1935 Austin bungalow includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, music studio area, and a small home gym.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, and bedroom 2 has a full-size bed with built-in charging outlets in the frame. There's also a Twin Size fold-out memory foam mattress available in the closet.

The home also features a large fenced backyard, a relaxing front deck with swing chair, and multiple outdoor seating areas.

Guests also enjoy access to a music space with a TAMA drum kit, Ibanez electric guitar, and Fender amplifier, as well as workout equipment including a pull-up/dip station, inversion table, dumbbells, kettlebells, and yoga mat.

• The home has a historic 1935 layout, so the bathroom is accessed through the second bedroom (you have to go through both bedrooms to get to the bathroom).
