LIVING ROOM: If you have 4 guests, not a problem! There is a pull out couch ready for 2 more guests.
There is a pool on the property open from 7am - 10pm (seasonal).
Kids: The condo is not set up for children though I do have a pack and play.

This is an up-and-coming neighborhood with a lot of new builds happening. This neighborhood may not be for everyone, but I hope it will be perfect for you. My condo is located just a few minutes drive from all the places in Austin you want to go. It's an affordable gem in a transitioning neighborhood.

To enter the complex, you must have the gate code.

There is a lot to do in Austin so in my condo you've got access to Austin Travel books, folding chairs to take on adventures, pool towels, a cooler, and a cart to pull your stuff around :) You also have access to a full kitchen with microwave and oven, fridge with ice maker, and dishwasher. I've got everything you need in the kitchen for a meal at home or even frozen margaritas.
