This property is even more gorgeous in person! My family and I (2 adults, 4 yr old, 12 yr old) stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. We enjoyed all the provided games and loved that we were so close to so many different activities both in Austin and the surrounding areas. Bill and Rita are amazing and so accommodating! We made so many memories here and would love to return in the future. This was exactly what we were looking for, a little bit of home with the luxury of vacation. Highly recommend.

Our stay here was wonderful! We came to Austin for the weekend and the home was spacious with a FABULOUS porch that made for really lovely mornings together. It felt tucked away but also close to everything we needed. The kitchen was really well stocked, and it was easy to feel at home. It was plenty clean for us! I am a bit of a nut when it comes to cleanliness so I wasn’t thrilled with grime in the refrigerator, but overall had absolutely no impact on how pleasant the stay was. The cofffee bar, snacks left out, and really smooth communication with the hosts made everything feel easy. Our group would stay here again!!

This VRBO was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we knew we found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, and fully equipped with everything we could need, including a welcome basket with snacks and coffee pods.The location was perfect, peaceful and private, yet just minutes from restaurants, shops, and attractions.Our hosts were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.Every part of our stay exceeded expectations. Great stay in austin!

Beautiful property, quiet and serene. Bill and Rita have thought of everything. Very comfortable, everything there is top notch. They're only 15 minutes from downtown Austin and it's worth a few extra minutes of travel to stay in such a nice place. We will stay there again the next time we are in Austin!

We had a great 13 night stay at this location which was a 2 minute drive from our daughter’s home.The pool adjacent to the rental is possibly available for an additional fee, which was a nice option for our family.A great quality home that was private and quiet.We’ll be using this property again.

Short Vacation

The purpose of our visit was to get my grandson settled into his summer apartment. He has an internship in Austin Tx. The house was just as listed. It was perfect for my granddaughter, cousin and myself. The house was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The hosts were wonderful and available when needed. If in the area, I would definitely choose to stay there again.

Weekend Stay

Truly could not have imagined a better stay. Rita went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed for our first roadtrip with our baby - from high chairs, to bouncers, to crib, etc. The house and property truly cannot be beat - it’s hard to find that type of seclusion and peace but still be within minutes from all Austin has to offer. We would stay here again and again!

Gem in neighborhood of Austin

My family and I stayed here for a wedding. The owners were very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The property and rooms were very clean and modern. Loved the breakfast nook with keurig and snacks. The decor and style of the home was very relaxing, with layout being spacious enough to accommodate six adults comfortably. Rita and Bill were very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location, close to downtown Austin and Dripping Springs, but private enough (at the end of a dead-end road) to feel more secluded. Thanks for a great stay! Enjoyed listening to the chatty morning doves every morning as well.

We had everything we needed at the property. Bill and Rita are great hosts and are in a separate house on the property which allows them to assist immediately whenever there is something you need. The location is great and silent. I would book again!

Pleasant and Comfortable Stay

Rita and Bill are incredibly kind and helpful hoats. Rita was great at communicating prior to stay. They stay on the property so it was convenient for them to help when the lock ran out of battery. Bill also greeted us when we arrived and offered to help us with our bagsThe home is very clean spacious (we had 5 adults and 2 kids) and had everything you could need. Bill and Rita are thoughtful and have extra amenities, games for kids, toileteries, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and were very happy. Will be back next time!

Peaceful place to rest and recharge

This is an amazing property. Beautifully designed with master and guest rooms on opposite sides of the home. Surrounded by trees you surely don’t feel like a major city is a few blocks away. It’s quiet at night and we had all the comforts of home. We were so appreciative of how calming the home was as we arrived both nights exhausted. Thank you for our stay. We can’t wait to come back.

Arete Stay/Peaceful

This house was so nicely put together, and peaceful. It was so much more relaxing then what you would find at a hotel. It was close to so many things to do. The outside sitting area was relaxing. They had everything that you could need in the house. They did a great job at decorating down to the little details. They let us check in early when we had no expectations of even doing so. Rita and Bill are very kind people. Very attentive to detail and answer any questions you may have. I will be booking their house again when we make it back to Austin.
