ABOVE Hacienda Estate is a gorgeous custom home on over 1 acre of lakefront land. The backyard oasis is like having your own private resort with a beautiful, huge pool and hot tub complete with swim up bar and pool slide next to an outdoor covered kitchen. There is also a newly installed pickleball court! There are many living spaces on the back patio, at the dock as well as on the lakeside “beach.” This 9,000-sq.ft. Estate boasts designer touches throughout with 7 bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms full of natural light and multiple sitting areas to enjoy your group gathering. The large and open entertaining area includes an oversized dining table, large family-style sectional and gourmet kitchen. Hacienda features large bedrooms, boat dock, and theater-style media room. This property is regularly set for 26 guests with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip may be available by approval and with a fee.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
