Bon rapport qualité prix
Suite une chambre confortable mais un peu vieillotte, mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. Gros vis à vis assez désagréable, dommage. Pas de bar, pas de restau alors qu’ils sont mentionnés dans les sévices de l’hotel. Bon rapport qualité prix tout de même .

Loved staying here it was really nice!, we weren’t there for long and had to leave early(for our own reasons) but really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Lovely staff at the front desk!

We like staying here. The room rates are very affordable. The furnishings are dated but the rooms are very clean. The staff at the bar and restaurant are so polite and go out of their way to please. The food is great, not gourmet but better than home cooked. Great Happy Hour Beer Prices.

My room was cleaned only once. They tried to cleanse it around 7 o 8: pm just when I was ready to go to sleep. There was always a line of 20 plus to take the elevators

Staff not helpful when asked for assistance with baggage, room was old and inconveniently configured. Appeared to be uncleaned for a while. Dining table legs all scratched and top peeling with oddly matched chairs. Couch had stains on it and ripped. Bathroom very small with bad lighting. Beds uncomfortable. No milk in the fridge. A long wait for the lifts. Balcony? What balcony! Would not recommend.

Great location for walking to Spark Arena, Commercial Bay, Queen Street, etc. Friendly staff. Elevators were busy, slow and on the small side. Sometimes only one was working. The room was clean but very tired furnishings and decor, That being said, it was everything we needed for a two night stay in the city. Staff were friendly, valet parking was well priced and convenient, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was worth the price.

A really cool and convenient little apartment. Had everything we needed including a washer/dryer. Bedroom and living area decent sized but bathroom very small and compact. Still manageable. Doing maintenance on the lift so there would often be a wait to use it. Charged $35 for parking (which I knew about), except our car was parked opposite the driveway about 20m to the side of the hotel, not undercover, and when we checked out they just gave us the keys to get ourselves so not really sure what we paid for. Other than that, enjoyed the stay.

Le personnel à la réception est toujours à l'écoute et il fait tout pour arranger les choses. Mais il ne faut pas hésiter à répéter souvent quand on a besoin de quelque chose dans la chambre. La chambre, les équipements, l'emplacement : rien à dire, c'est un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Everything was great except the dodgy elevator that would work sometimes or not work and lock you in and turn out the lights. No reply when pushed the alarm button. They are in the process of upgrading them.

Pretty solid 3 star property. We liked the location, you're up on a hill but very close to the harbor and downtown. Few options at the bottom of the hill and they are much more expensive.

What a surprise to get a room upgrade. Lovely view. We enjoy staying in this hotel. The restaurant offerings are average but in all the hotel is unpretentious and comfortable.

This property is next to the Pullman (which is easier to see from the road). Front desk and foyer is clean and staff were pleasant. There were some renovations going on so some noise and visually not nice towards the back of the property where the elevator was. The walk to the city centre is mostly down hill but the walk back is up. Apartment size was very deceptive. The two bedroom I booked was more like a small one bedroom with an open loungeroom that could be closed off with two corner doors. The bathroom and toilet area was very snug at about 1.5m x 2.5m (maybe 3). I had three teens with me so it felt very small. There was lots of tea and coffee but no milk. There was something gross wiped on the wall that I used a wipe to get off. Parking was valet only @$35 NZD. Because I booked through Wotif and gave cash for the parking they couldn't give me a receipt so I asked them for a hand written one. We only had one night here so didn't mind it.

There was pubic hair in the bathroom floor, the shower head could not stay up properly and could not adjust the water temperature. But was nice and close to sky tower. And staff was very nice.

The Quadrant is old, tired and worn. This is very obvious once you get into your room. Handy location but the feel is like it’s been let go.

I really enjoyed the Spa and the Room was fine for me, but the shower space is quite small, also very limited crockery and utensils. In addition, not having the Restaurant/Bar/Spa open through the lunchtime period was slightly inconvenient. Overall a good stay for the price.

Stay away at all cost
This place makes some motels look like a luxury hotel. The room and the bathroom are very small and not up to 4-star hotel standards. An average size person can barely move around in the bathroom. This hotel desperately needs renovation. The “dining room” furniture is chipped. Walls have dirt on them. The fabric on the dining chairs is ripped in some places. The carpet is old and smelly. The entire room smells moldy.
