BEACH CLOSURE NOTICE

Unfortunately per the army core of Engineers, there will be a beach closure starting sometime around mid-July from Roosevelt Blvd to 14th Street North until sometime in the fall. If the beach is indeed closed, we recommend using the beach at 16th and Ocean. It’s wonderful with parking, not affected and Laguna Bar and Grill is there. :)

Enjoy your time here at our beautifully renovated 2nd floor, 2 BR condo with a patio! Everything is brand new!

Brigantine is a quiet island and a very family friendly destination that also offers the fun of Atlantic City just a short drive away!

There’s plenty to see and do in the scenic Atlantic county town on the South Jersey shore with many miles of coastline just minutes from Atlantic City, less than 1 hour from Philadelphia, and less than 2 hours from New York City.

There are two additional parking spots available for visitors although those spots are shared between the other 3 units. There is ample (no permit required) parking on the street, but please make sure to read street parking signs.

Very easy and convenient to grab an Uber or Lyft to any nearby destinations.

BEACH TAGS
Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. You may purchase them at the Brigantine Community Center or with cash on the beach from the tag
checkers.

TV
We have a Smart TV in the living room. You will be able to log into the applications like Netflix with your own credentials.
We do not have cable.

PARKING
Parking onsite.

TRASH
Trash day is Wednesday.
Multiple trash cans are located behind the building. There is a regular trash can and recycling can in the kitchen.

Noise level:
We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property.

If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside.
* No smoking inside the house -$250 fine if detected.
* No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected
* We are not accepting reservations from local residents at this time, * we reserve the right to immediately cancel any reservations from local residents

*Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am (50 decibels).
*Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file.
*If there is anyone 21 years or younger in group, the primary renter must be 25+ years old or older.
*We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion.
*Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time.
* Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay. hours past checkout time.

We had such a nice stay in Brigantine! Apartment is clean, accurate to the listing and the location can’t be beat. The area is quiet with plenty of street parking available. Jennifer was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. Overall it was a great stay and I would definitely come back!

We rented this property for my daughter’s volleyball tournament in Atlantic City. It was a great stay. The place was very clean. We opted for this place rather than a hotel so we could do our own cooking. The kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay for 3 people. The beds were super comfy. That is often hard to find. It was a short walk to the beach. Another great perk! We would definitely stay again.

A newly renovated property with nice amenities super close to the beach. Was great for my family (including my toddler) and friends (who also had a toddler). Property managers were also very understanding when we accidentally took one of the ceiling fan remotes and let us mail it back.

We all really had a great time staying here. Very clean and well maintained. Loved how close to the beach it was. Was very quiet but as the weekend approached, the houses/condos near us started to fill up with people. Very prompt response from the management company during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
