Old tired furnishings. Hotel needs updating and refurbishing. Basic things were not available. For example no shower gel in the bathroom. They only had a bar soap which was thin and not good to use for a shower. The carpet in the rooms and corridors looked dirty and old. Housekeeping was not available 24 hours and when you ask for an iron, you have to go to reception to get it. One of our rooms had a toilet that the flushing mechanism was not working and this was at night. The receptionist suggested we come and get a plunger from them to unblock the toilet. Can you imagine that? It was not until the next day that they got a plumber to come and fix it. I won’t recommend this hotel.

The room is small and very stuffy/humid but clean. I had to have the a/c on constantly because the room heated up quickly. Breakfast times were limited but regardless the food isn’t that great. My door key stopped working after one night so I had to replace it which was a quick fix. Considering the price, you get what you pay for honestly and we only were really there to sleep so it was functional enough.

The stay was good for me and my family. The only thing I didn’t like was that our television never worked, we contacted the front desk and the lady said she will be there to check it but never came. The bathtub is very small but manageable. Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay on a budget.

Hotel was not located near Night clubs. Was not notified in advance there would be an extra $75 hold on card encase of damages. Be fair warned they shutdown breakfast promptly at 930am starting with the drinks.

We're sorry that you were unhappy with your stay.Unfortunately, those nightclubs were built before the hotel was built. The 75 deposit is listed on the website.As far as breakfast it starts promptly at 6:30 A and ends promptly at 9:30A. There are signs posted in the breakfast area and is also written on your key card.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My refrigerator wasn’t working they sent someone to fix it quickly. The shower was cool it didn’t get hot. The coffee machine made luke warm coffee. The sink handle sprayed out the sides.

They have a sign stating to not be rude to the staff members however their staff is not friendly at all. No smiles , they don’t address you up front. I went up front several times and it just seem like they had an attitude. Helpful but seem like they hated life up there. Shanyln and the other young black lady with orangish hair. Like learn to smile more. If you hate the job so much find another one. They were helpful but it just seem like you bothering them when asking for something by. There was no instructions for the tv. Tv quality was horrible. The room was nice but barely any hot water and when you call down they say something is going on with the boiler. Then the $75 security deposit was insane. And the fact i have to wait to get it back 3-7 business days. For accidentals? I might as well paid the $75 when i paid up front for my rooms. It was a good experience. Breakfast was trash. Nothing really up there for you to be saying free. It was just a crappy motel that looks nice. I’ll never stay in a place like this again cause Marriott would never

Room was fine for what we needed which was a clean bed, shower, and great location (short drive to GA TECH). The staff was not over the top friendly, but nice. Free parking, free wifi, and free breakfast is always good. Unfortunately we were the end room by an exit door and it was very loud with a lot of traffic in our hallway and the dead bolt didn’t properly lock.

The staff was friendly ! Bathroom was a little dirty upon arriving but the biggest issue was no hot water for a shower and very little water pressure .

Good hotel and affordable
Overall, the general conditions were good during my stay at the hotel. However, despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The reception service was adequate, though not very friendly. The room was clean and presentable, and the hallways were also well-maintained. Unfortunately, the ice machine was not in working order. In general, it was a satisfactory experience.
