Nous avons séjourné une semaine en famille dans cet appartement vaste, confortable, propre et bien équipé. Conforme au descriptif; les : la literie parfaite et les placards spacieux, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans les locations de vacances. L'emplacement était idéal pour rayonner à pieds et visiter les sites emblématiques d'Athènes; le quartier est très agréable, très vivant; très bons restaurants au pied de l'appartement Le seul bémol est que, même s'il est situé dans un quartier piéton, l'appartement est entouré de bars qui s'animent le soir; il faut donc se mettre au rythme d'Athènes, car l'isolation des fenêtres ne sont pas suffisantes. Je recommande cet hébergement et y reviendrai sans hésiter lors de notre prochaine venue à Athènes

L’établissement est très bien situé. Le personnel qui vous accueille est d’une grande gentillesse et très serviable. Il ne correspond pas tout à fait aux photos ( les photos doivent être celle du plus bel appartement) , l’appartement manque un peu d’équipement comme une éponge et un torchon. Il y a une superbe terrasse commune sur le toit. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très bien placé , équipé , propre mais bruyant.
Appartement très grand , à proximité de 2 stations de métro, et à 15min à pied de l’acropole. Très propre et bien équipé . Par contre la nuit c’est très bruyant. Pas très bien insonorisé , et juste au dessus de restaurant. En plus pas de bol nous avons eu 3 soirs de concert de musique grecque dans le restaurant juste en dessous! Pas de volets , juste des rideaux. Donc prévoir masqué pour les yeux et boules quies!

Mono was a fantastic location, easily walkable to the Agora and sites around town. We walked to the Acropolis area and back, enjoying the neighborhoods between. While the bathroom is small, by American standards, it worked great. The view and sounds of the patio are fantastic. A great stay in a great part of the city.

Χαίρομαι που υπάρχουν τέτοια διαμερίσματα διαμάντια στην καρδιά της πόλης με πλήθος ωραίων μαγαζιών στην πόρτα του. Θα μπορούσα άνετα να ζήσω σε ένα τέτοιο διαμέρισμα με μερικές παρεμβάσεις. ΆΡΙΣΤΟ. Μόνο μελανό σημείο η απουσία μιας κεφαλής βροχής στο ντουζ και η απουσία διακόπτη φώτων στη μια πλευρα του κρεβατιού.

Fantastic Loft/Apartment in Psyri
I loved my stay at Mono Lofts. I didnt need to reach out to the staff because everything in the apartment was fully sorted and taken care of. The unit had a washing machine, a full kitchen with oven and dishwasher, and everything was immaculately clean. The common rooftop deck has fantastic views.

Atina'nın Psiri bölgesinin kalbinde konum olarak her yere yakın bir noktada yer alan tesise giriş öncesi bilgilendirme yeteri kadar yapıldı. Temizlik ve olanaklsr genel anlamda yeterliydi. Detay olarak belirtmem gerekirse, odada kalacak kişi sayısı kadar tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu. Banyoda duş başlığının yüksek seviyeye asılması için aparat yoktu. Küvet kırıktı. Küvet kenarında bir tahliye borusu vardı ve bu hijyenik görünmüyordu. Bunlar tamamlanırsa müşteri memnuniyeti daha da iyileşir. Teşekkür ederiz.

Property is in a safe area, close to shopping, dining and transportation. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. We stayed 11 nights and the towels and bed were never changed, soap was not replenished. The trash was taken often. Would definitely recommend Mono Lofts to friends and family.

Struttura centrale in buone condizioni, situata davanti ad una chiesa e sopra un ristorante, per cui nel weekend si sente molto rumore (musica e schiamazzi). Nonostante avessimo preso la soluzione con una camera, la stessa non è separata da alcuna porta ma solo dal bagno, che si trova tra il soggiorno con divano letto e la “camera”, per cui di fatto si tratta di un unico ambiente. Biancheria da letto inadeguata (le lenzuola arrivavano a stento a coprire il materasso).

Very spacious property with tons of room to spread out. Simple furnishings. It is central to all an major sites are walkable. There is also an in unit washer. And the night is quiet for good rest. The tub is a high step up. So if you have certain challenges getting into and out of the tub could be a challenge. Lastly, the entrance communication were not sent 24 hours in advance. But after a quick call to Orbitz we received what we needed and all communication moved smoothly after that. They will also arrange ground transportation for you.

Great location and the team was very pleasant to communicate with. Unfortunately we had an issue with our laundry machine but there cleaning staff graciously did the load of laundry for us. Overall we were very happy with the location and the facilities.

Newer building with elevator, very close to Monastiraki Square and train station. The loft was spacious, clean and well appointed. Very easy to communicate with host. Had to use Google lens to figure out how to work the washer, but very convenient having one.

With so many wonderful accommodation options in Athens, you may find better service elsewhere. This unit was not at a livable temperature when we arrived (loft was 35 degrees C) and the air conditioning units upstairs were not working. We turned the air con on immediately but we’re still unable to be comfortable over 5hrs layer. We reached out requesting a fan and received no response till we checked out the next day. The response we received was that they did not offer such a service as maintaining a reasonable temperature in their unit.

in the middle of everything
Amazing pedestrian only location. NOT noisy at all yet in the middle of everything (restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, train). Very spacious, comfortable and new. The only negative is it comes with a handheld shower head and I am not used to that. Housekeeper comes daily to pick up garbage. Easy to communicate with property management.

We loved our stay at Mono lofts! It was easy to get to, so well situated, but quiet and very spacious. Bedding was comfortable and it easily accommodated all four of us in our family. I would definitely return!

The hotel is in a fantastic area and they were helpful if you had questions. It was extremely clean and furniture was in food shape. Our group had 4 rooms there. We were in B2. The only thing I would add would be put a couple of wine glasses in the room and write out some instructions for the crazy washing machine. Small stuff…our stay was fantastic!

The location of Mono Lofts is extraordinary! In the middle of all restaurants and steps away from the Acropolis and other historical landmarks. The neighborhood is safe and fun. The local residents were friendly and the shopping was great. The room I stayed in at the Mono Lofts was nice and spacious. The only recommendations I would make is that the garbage is taken out everyday and the bathroom sink, kitchen sink, countertops and dining table is cleaned daily - I should not have to call everyday to have this done. I was unable to check in on the first day because there was a problem with the bathroom plumbing - we stayed at a property across the street

Avoid this property at any cost. You won’t be able to communicate with the property when needed (no reception desk, nobody answers phone calls or emails) As I was staying for 3 nights, I once requested towel change but no answer, no towel change for three days. When I also reported that a washing machine was not working (my laundry was only left wet, unwashed covered with detergent in the machine), I received any reply whatsoever! I then had to contact Expedia for help but even Expedia couldn’t get in touch with the property despite several attempts over several hours!! Utterly unacceptable.

Convenient and clean
Large apartment, nice and clean, conveniently located very close to the city centre. There are many restaurants and bars in the area, and it gets busy (and noisy) with tourists in the evening and well into the night. Also, nearby construction workers start their thing relatively early in the morning. Nevertheless we managed to sleep quite well! All in all a good place to stay, comfortable stay.

I have stayed at this location during two separate trips. I loved the Acropolis view from the balcony! The church next door provided some morning church bells on Sunday and Tuesday. Clean towels and toilet paper we’re always taken care of during cleanings. It’s location to a few favorite restaurants and shopping is wonderful! However, the Wi-Fi was hit or miss and although cleaning was done well the hand soap was never refilled. Regardless, I would recommend this place to anyone! It’s really is a great place!

My new favorite Athens Spot!!
The host was so helpful! Offered late checkout and early checkout and was easy to communicate with. She also arranged a taxi for me in the morning. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. I’ve been to Athens 5 times now and tend to always stay in this area but this was my first time staying at at the Mono Lofts. When I come back next year, I would definitely plan to stay here again. This place is in the heart of the city. It’s a 15 min walk to acropolis, there are bars and restaurants in every corner and it’s a very safe and lively little spot. Definitely stay here! You won’t be disappointed
