« Maggie was an excellent host and very responsive. There were no check-out chores which was amazing and allowed us to relax and enjoy our entire stay. House was very clean and beautifully decorated. As described and pictured. Perfect location to UGA while still being peaceful while at the house. Beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for the shower. Will absolutely stay again. »

« It worked well for the 5 of us, as we were not looking for fancy. Just some place to sleep for the weekend that was close to the courts where we were playing in a pétanque tournament. It was in a great peaceful location, only 8 minutes from the courts. It was clean, if a bit spartan but that was okay with us. Our only issue was with the highly sensitive septic system. We weren’t crazy about having to put used toilet paper in the wastebasket instead of flushing. »

« We were in town for UGA‘s graduation, and the house is the perfect location and set up to accommodate all of our family members! Wish our time In Athens wasn’t over, because we would be using this house again and again! »

« This is a basement apartment in a quiet neighborhood. It is located SE of Sanford Stadium, about 3 miles away. It is east of the softball and track fields, about 2 miles away. We stayed here to be able to uber to a sporting event since parking is very limited at these complexes. Using uber was very easy and affordable. »

« Had a wonderful stay in Athens this weekend. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 as we celebrated our oldest’s graduation from UGA. We had my 82 year old mother with us so we needed space that was quiet and comfortable. It was a busy few days and having such a great “home base” was incredibly helpful. Because of the crowds downtown we ate at home for all our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. He had everything we needed. We loved the backyard area - enjoying a cocktail in the evening...
