« I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The restaurant in the lobby is fantastic with a great menu, and the gym and pool facilities are also very nice. It is very walkable to EmQuartier, Emporium, EmSphere, and many other attractions. My only qualm is that the elevators do take quite a long time to arrive which is a bit of a pain. Also the hotel was hosting numerous events during my stay which made the elevator issue that much worse. Also - not sure if it was just me, but the lobby on Level...

« Loved the stay but housekeeping needs to tighten up. Room 405 didn’t have kitchen utensils or towels when I arrived. The top of the shelves and fridge was dusty. Same with light bulbs. I would suggest in the coming month to do random checks in every room bc it’s pretty unacceptable when it’s a serviced apartment. Also for my 11 days the housekeeping didn’t change my sheets until day 6. And then only changed the duvet when requested which I know bc of markings on the pillows. However the front...
